Really enjoyed my stay here!
This little cottage was the perfect place to stay during my few months in Stockton as a medical student on rotations. It's safe and in a very convenient location, especially for those working at St. Joseph's. It has all the amenities you need to be comfortable; I especially appreciated the dishwasher, washer dryer, large shower, cushy bed and TVs in both the living room and bedroom! Bryan was very easy to work with and available for any issues (although honestly, there weren't very many!) . He even accommodated my request for a desk to study. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely Perfect!!
Everything about this stay was perfect! I'm a traveler and the house had everything I needed including full kitchen with all essentials, shower, washer/dryer and ac/heating. Everything was in great condition. Landlords are amazing and available for any question or concern I had -very responsive! I wish I could've stayed longer! Very spacious and cozy!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT
This place was absolutely perfect. Everything I needed including 2 "watch cats" and a dog who would occasionally greet me at the gate. Landlords are very friendly and will include you in some of their social outings but are not intrusive in any way. We even had a campfire on evening! Stockton does have some sketchy areas, no doubt, but this cottage is in a nice, family neighborhood and is not far from a lot of things. The only less than perfect thing is the size of water heater. Due to the drought, they were restricted to a 9 gallon heater. Definitely have to soap up with the water off! Doable tho without running out of warm water this way. If I ever go back to Stockton, I would stay again, no question!

Perfect cozy private house. Home away from home
This tiny house is brand new, wonderfully decorated and furnished, private, and everything you want in a furnished home! The little house (doesn't feel little at all) has every kitchen and household essential you could think of already there and in great condition waiting for you! The wonderful couple who owns the tiny house and live in the main house are the most kind and amazing people I've met on my travels as a traveling nurse. They will respect your privacy or have a music jam session on the front porch with you if you so desire. I never wanted to leave... 10/10 would recommend!
