Central to everything

The home is ideally located near several hospitals and the UNM campus. I could ride my bike to work as well as to Old Town and the Bosque trails. The backyard is very lovely and large. The landlord and property managers are attentive, quick to respond and it was a very good place to stay.

Spy House Privacy Awaits

This property was in a great location! The kitchen was spacious! Living room had older furniture but large and landlord put in a new TV in living room and there was a smaller TV in bedroom. Landlords always responded quickly to any needs or questions. Safety is of the upmost importance to me, and I always felt safe!! I recommend this place!

Perfect for Remote/Abroad adjusting workers

It is a perfect spot. Lighting in the room makes getting up easy and it is peaceful at night. Steve and his mangement are amazing. Would live there if I could.

Quaint, quiet, great location !

Title says it all one of my favorite stays. This little quaint apartment was right around the corner from my assignment at Presbyterian and Lovelace is within walking distance as well. The property owners were very responsive for any concerns or issues. Tons of closets and storage space. Shared laundry but there was never an issue with it being occupied. The backyard area is stunning and well kept and a great place to relax and unwind after a long day. Would stay again in a heartbeat !

Best housing. I wish I did not have to leave!

This was a really great property to stay at, especially knowing that the other roommates were also nurses. The environment is kept quiet, and common areas are kept clean. I felt very safe in the house, the owner is close by and the communication is great. There is a lot of storage space and having washer and dryer is a plus. There was a great communication with the owners. Many times I sent a text asking a bunch of questions and they responded back promptly. The room specifically was bigger than I anticipated. Great storage space and the king size bed was great. The owner knows how to accommodate the roommates making sure the pantries are labeled to each roommate, and the kitchen is properly stocked with everything you need to meal prep. If the opportunity came again to work another contract in Albuquerque, I will definitely come back to stay at this property once more.

First time!!

My first time in New Mexico and my first time on a travel assignment and this place was everything I needed. Beautiful, quite, and close to work. It had all the amenities I needed to make my travel assignment feel like home. After a long 12 hour shift, the bed was the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on. The owner was awesome and answered all questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this property to all my fellow travel nurses.

Travel Nursing Experience

First of all, I would like to say that the owners of this property are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They work tirelessly to keep the property in great shape. The shared backyard is a lovely place to spend time. I stayed in the Greenglass room. The interest was fast, and it supported my online classes. The bed was very comfy and the linens were very high quality. I had plenty of closet space to store my things. My bathroom was in the hallway so the noise of creaky wood floors could be disturbing to others when going back and forth from the room to the bathroom. The other people in the house pretty much stayed to themselves except one other person who loved to cook as much as I did. The kitchen is well equipped with a high-end gas stove with convection and an electric oven. There are a full refrigerator and full freezer in the basement along with the regular frig in the kitchen, so you have plenty of room for your groceries. I would totally stay here again for sure.

Perfect space!

1 bedroom, king bed- VERY COMFORTABLE!! Full bathroom & sitting room. Parking & able to enter & exit from the street directing- do not have to enter the main house if you need or want to isolate. The neighborhood is quiet and close by to both hospitals & restaurants. Dorm frig in room plus coffee & microwave. Room enters into living space, dining room & then full kitchen. Other guests were quiet & I was never bothered by anyone. Great outdoor space with fireplace - wonderful space to enjoy the evening. Owners were easy to communicate with (we txted) & more than willing to assist me with anything I needed but they were also non-intrusive! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there & recommend it highly.
