Cozy Stay for One

This little studio was amazing. It had everything I needed from bathroom and cleaning supplies to kitchen supplies. Whatever wasnt in the studio, the landlords graciously supplied as well. The unit is attached to the main house, but I had no problems with noise or privacy. This place is so so private which I loved. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet and was located to anything I needed. The landlords are so kind as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental

The landlords are amazing, helpful, kind and went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed in the unit and are very responsive with any little questions. All of the appliances are top notch and the heater/AC unit has been amazing, a lot of units usually dont have AC. I had all the privacy in the world and a separate entrance so I never felt like I was intruding on the landlords or vise verse. The unit is very clean and organized. The location is amazing too, so many places to walk, shop and my job was not even 10 minutes away, very central to everything but located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. I never had any issues living here and had no complaints either. Everything you could need is provided for and its more than enough space for a traveling nurse. I highly recommend this unit and with the price, you cant beat that, especially in San Jose.

Cozy and quiet

This unit is absolutely perfect and has everything you need. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, plenty of parking on the street. The landlords are super nice and welcoming and there for you if you need anything. I highly recommend this unit!
