This place was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of stores nearby. The landlord was kind and attentive. It's the coolest space in the summer and the warmest in the winter. Highly recommend!

Great location

I stayed in the upstairs room due to another tenant using the bottom on-suite but still had a bathroom for only me. Very clean. It is on the other side of the freeway that all the shopping and grocery stores are.

Hidden Gem in Annapolis Area

S was an excellent host. She was a very accommodating and personable host. I immediately felt welcome in her home. She was also extremely respectful of my night shift hours and need to sleep during the day. Having laundry available and use of the kitchen were pluses as well as a personal Keurig and microwave in the room. Your personal space is exactly as it appears in the photos and was very private from the rest of the home. Easy access to Anne Arundel Medical Center. Grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants close by. Would highly recommend. I would definitely recommend this property. If I am on assignment in that area again, I would not hesitate to rent this room.

Perfect for Annapolis Travel Contract

This property is perfect for anyone traveling in the Annapolis area. The living space is on a separate floor of the house than any of the other rooms, offering privacy. You have your own parking space in the driveway. The living area is fully furnished with a smart TV, full bathroom, pantry shelving, and a walk-out patio. The house has fiber optic wifi that I was able to use throughout my stay. On the second floor, there is a full kitchen that you share with the owner and a new washer/dryer on the third floor for your use. The kitchen has all the appliances that you could wish for including a Keurig, KitchenAid blender, and toaster oven. In order to allow you to have enough fridge space, there is a full fridge for renters in the garage off of the floor that your bedroom would be on. This was the perfect location for me during my assignment. The owner is extremely easy to live with and very clean as well. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a furnished space.
