Right next to Hospital- 2 bed 2 bath private neighborhood

Very nice duplex

I stayed here for a travel nursing contract and it was a very nice place to stay. The landlords were great! It was within walking distance to work, and very quiet which was very important working nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Hated to leave!

We were moving to Soldotna, AK for work with what we could fit in the back of our short bed pickup truck. We found this property on Furnished Finders. The owners met us at the property. They were very friendly and answered any questions we had. The home was lovely and had everything we needed to live comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It has 2 nice decks, one in the front and one in back with a gas grill. It's in a great location close to hospital, restaurants and stores, but yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. The owners and neighbors were so nice and friendly. The owner even helped us setup our Firestick and sound bar on the livingroom tv. We lived at the property for 5 months and hated to leave, but needed something long term. If they would have done a long term lease we would still be living there. Do yourself a favor, if you're headed to Soldotna, AK and this property is available jump on it. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Close Hospital Access

Duplex with great amenities. Close to hospital which made being on call easy. Town is small, but there are several things to do in the outlying areas. Landlords (husband and wife) are super sweet and easy to coordinate with. Played a large factor in my assignment extension. If I ever were to come back to Alaska, would definitely be contacting them again.
