Great place travel workers!

I stayed here for almost a year while I was traveling for work. It is a great location and I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. It has a great outdoor space to use at your convenience. The room and amenities are wonderful and it was a very comfortable stay. D is also a wonderful landlord, always reaching out to check in and make sure you had everything you needed and was quick to respond if you had any questions. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay. It was a great experience!

Lovely, Quiet, Clean, 5 STARS!

Thank you D for allowing me to stay at your beautiful apt. It is so clean and quite spacious. The furnishings are new, clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the chaise lounge in the backyard on a sunny day. I felt very safe the entire time I was there. The entire neighborhood is walkable. Several grocery stores, Trader Joes, Target, StonesTown Mall, a variety of restaurants and several Walgreens are all with in walking distance. I work nights and sleep days and I found this place to be very quiet during the day and night. Having a washer/dryer on site is a game changer. Thank you D for being so quick to respond to any questions or needs that I had during my stay. I appreciated it.

Such a lovely space to land as a medical traveler!

D is the sweetest landlord. She went above and beyond to accommodate my requests or questions, and was always quick to respond. Having a backyard in a rental was such a treat, especially for my pup, and the bathtub is TO DIE FOR! Highly recommend!

Sunset home

If I could give this property over 5 stars I would! All new renovation, amazing amenities, plenty of street parking, and easy commute into the city! Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants/grocery stores. Dianne was so accommodating and very caring, she made the place feel like home. She truly cares about her tenants and it shows!

Blissful Experience in SF Apartment

Moving into this apartment was like hitting the ultimate housing jackpot. I kept saying to myself "I don't know what I've done to deserve this, but thank you, God!" Everything is new and well designed in the unit. The shower and bathtub were like being in a spa. The towels were plush and luxurious like being wrapped in a fluffy cloud. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted with all brand new appliances and high-quality cookware. As a former chef, I can't tell you how much I appreciate having a well put together kitchen. The landlady, Dianne, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and more. She put so much thought into every detail and was very attentive. The apartment is located in a great spot and is easy to get to. The beach is within walking distance, the neighborhood is quiet, and there are lots of shops in the area. I'm so grateful that I got to spend the Christmas holidays in this absolute gem.
