I absolutely loved staying at this place! It was the perfect size with everything you needed! It was super close to the hospital and downtown which was very convenient! The landlord was very fast to respond and always willing to help with anything I needed !

The Perfect Studio

This is the perfect unit for any traveling professional! I stayed here 3 months while receiving medical treatment at the local VA hospital. Located in a quiet friendly neighborhood with a nearby park and church, it was within walking distance to downtown Asheville and a ton of great restaurants. This fully furnished studio was much larger than I expected and had everything I needed during my stay. The kitchen was great for cooking with a dishwasher and large windows looking out on the side yard. The private laundry room was a plus. With a very comfy bed and a cozy living room with a large smart TV above an electric fireplace, the unit had a home feeling to it. The landlord had great communication and was a text message away with any questions while balancing my privacy and space. If you are traveling or temporarily working in Asheville, this is the place for you!

Travel Nurse 11/22 through 6/1

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 7 months as a travel nurse and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The owner let me be (which I prefer), but was always quick to be supportive if I had any questions or concerns. The studio had everything I needed which made the move in easy, and despite it being 630sqft, I never once felt crammed. A big pro for me was the location; If you're traveling to Mission, there were days where I could roll out of bed at 6:25, shower, make coffee, and make it on the unit before 6:45. Besides the prime location to the hospital, downtown is only a short walk away with plenty of breweries/restaurants and shops around. If I ever return to Asheville, I would first look to stay here!

BEST SPOT IN ASHEVILLE

This place was AMAZING! So close to Mission Hospital. Nearby shopping and restaurants. Close to Downtown and Baseball Stadium. This place has it all! Fully furnished and all the bells and whistles you need. All I brought to the studio for the entire year I was there were my uniforms and personal items. Very cozy and quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend to any and all travel personnel. Landlord was wonderful with EXCELLENT communication.

Sad to Leave

Great location and space! Only a five minute drive to Mission hospital and quick walk to South Slope. I stayed here for about 9 months and never had any problems with the apartment. Landlord was great to rent from and super communicative. The apartment was very clean and cutely decorated. Enjoyed the electric fireplace! Loved living here, sad my contract was up and had to move on.
