Warm and cozy house

I really enjoyed my stay in the front apartment on the 3rd floor. The location could not have been better for me. It's right on the bike path, only a 15-minute ride to the lab. You have restaurants, shops and nice walks right across the street. D. is very welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome in the house on my first days in the US. Still, there's a full privacy in the apartment and you can go full days without crossing paths with other tenants or the landlords. D. sees that you don't lack anything and will make you feel at home. Nights with friends around the firepit are one of my fondest memories from my moment in Cape Cod. In conclusion, I highly recommend renting one of their apartment either for short or long term.

Comfortable Stay

Enjoyed my stay here, very close to a bike path and downtown. Owners are lovely and helped me back inside a few time when I lost my keys!

Amazing Stay!

I absolutely loved staying here! D is quick to respond with any questions/concerns you have, the location is perfect for enjoying time on the Cape and the area is incredibly safe and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere cozy and safe in Massachusetts.

Great 1 year in Falmouth

Landlords were always reachable & virtually had no issues with other tenants. Everybody in this apartment has been nice, calm, and respectful.

Great Find!

This is a prime location with cute housing options! The rent includes everything you need for a great short term rental. Aside from my work needs, I could actually get by without a car. The location is walking distance to downtown and is across the street from the bike path and bus station. I find my living space to be quiet, and Im happy to have met such nice fellow tenants and landlords! Highly recommend.

Love this place

Im a travel nurse working at Falmouth Hospital, so the location is amazing. Its a short and beautiful walk to town, and you can even walk to the beach! The 3rd story front apartment that Im in is a perfect size for one person and absolutely adorable. It is unique, has a cottage vibe with all the wood (which I love), and a beautiful view of the sunset. Dennis and Diane have gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I needed, and even offered to give me an air fryer to use! They repaired anything that needed to be repaired and are always there or easy to contact when you need them. Couldnt ask for more in a location, apartment and landlords. I would definitely rent again if I came back here on assignment in the future!

Wonderful location

I lived at this location for over 4 years and the only reason I moved out was to save money by moving into an apartment at my parents. That is not to say the room was expensive, it was probably worth more than I was paying, but it's hard to beat family. As someone who doesn't drive, I don't think I could have had a better location. A short walk to downtown and almost literally across the street from the bus station. The landlords are very nice, accommodating, and attentive. I had no issue contacting them at any time of day to the point of wondering if they even sleep and they were always upbeat and friendly.

Excellent

This property is an excellent location to live in. The homeowner and the other tenants are friendly and make you feel at home. I have enjoyed living here and presently am planning to renew my lease. The house and the neighborhood is very quiet and everyone gets along. I highly recommend other folks to live here as well.

Fantastic location! Across the street from beautiful Shining Sea bike path. Walking distance to town center with many cute shops, coffee spots & restaurants. Easy access on/off Cape. Hosts/owners very welcoming, always accessible & quick to respond with any needs, questions or concerns. Space creatively set up with lots of storage options-able to easily fit everything I needed including use of shed for bikes, golf clubs, etc. Safe, clean, quiet and comfortable space. Really enjoyed my summer on The Cape at this lovely home!

Perfect Spot - Loft

I stayed in the loft for six months while getting settled with a new job and it was the perfect spot. There is off street parking at the location and it is right around the corner from Main Street and close to anything else you could need. The loft itself is very cozy with a separate entrance as well as a full kitchen that has all the basic tools. The owners are great - they were always very easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. It was a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in Falmouth!

All around incredible!

I would give the Loft and D and D 10 stars if I could! D and D were nothing but kind, welcoming, and caring when we stayed with them this past summer. They were both extremely helpful and accommodating, and the Loft was truly our home away from home for a few months. Not to mention it is absolutely adorable! It was the perfect size for us and in the best location on the Cape!! We couldnt have asked for better people to rent from, and we cant wait to come back next summer!

Wonderful landlords and property

I feel so lucky to have found this place. D&D are incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating. They are always ready to help and think of a solution to an issue. The apartment I am renting is absolutely lovely and has clearly been very well taken care of. The furniture included in the rental has a very cozy and homy feel. The location is also perfect - right off the gorgeous Shining Sea Bikeway (very convenient to go to Woods Hole and North Falmouth), and just a few minutes walk from downtown Falmouth where there are many shops and great restaurants. It is a dream to live here! I cannot recommend this place more!

Dont stay here

When I arrived owner D S broke 2mo lease that I signed and paid security deposit for 6 months ago. Shame on her for doing this to a registered nurse working contracts to help out in the pandemic. I drove my car with my significant other from Seattle 8 hours a day for 7 days only to arrive and be told all about her sick son. Months ago I discussed with her that my fianc would be staying a couple of weeks and then flying back to Seattle. This was planned and arranged many months ago with her and she took deposit Now I am without a place to stay spending thousands for a hotel on a holiday weekend. She was very mean and said the apartment was for one only. I think she needed the space for her son and we were dispensable. I grew up on the cape and its sad to see mean people that scam like this. I have an outstanding reputation as a published infection control and epidemiology specialist so believe me, this woman is not one you want to encounter. Shame on her. Stay away!

Home away from Home

The property owners were a joy to rent from and they truly made me feel comfortable. I worked nights at Falmouth hospital and my biggest concern was the large window above the bed. The owner was sweet enough to have black out curtains ready for me on move in day. Even though there are many others living in the building, I was never disturbed by noise and never had an issue sleeping during the day. Also, although there was no stove/oven in the apartment, that did not stop me from making home cook meals. There is a conventional oven and double hot plate that allowed me to prep my meals for work as if I had a full kitchen. The location is perfect as it is a block away from downtown shops & great restaurants. I would have extended my stay but I was a little late on asking for an extension and another renter was already coming in. I would 100% rent from the home owners again.

Lovely Loft - Best Rental!!!

This is an amazing rental! My girlfriend and I moved in late September 2019. Just as I was about to give up and opt for a temporary rental I happened across D & D's listing. It could not have turned out better. My girlfriend was an elementary school on the island, and living across the street from the palmer lot was a literal life savor. Her estimated 2.5hour commute was cut in half! And there was plenty of room in the apartment to work from home. Anytime there was any issues with the apartment D & D were always willing to help, and always made us feel welcome. Probably the best landlords you will ever meet! The apartment is super comfy, and is very spacious if you're a creative thinker. Plenty of space for my girlfriend and I, and even had space for a queen size air mattress and sofa for guests on the bottom floor. The location is amazing for commuting from Falmouth. With the downtown right there, bikepath, restaurants, beaches, ect. We were legit living our best lives. No regrets!

You've-Hit-The-Jackpot Studio

When my partner and I were looking for a rental and stumbled upon this studio we hit the jackpot. We have never lived somewhere so walkable. Imagine waking up on Saturday morning and within a 7 minute walk you're at the front door of the local French boulangerie, library, art school, farmers market, and more. Or, pack yourself a picnic and go across the street to the Shining Sea bike path and you're at the ocean within 10 minutes. Aside from its location, the studio is absolutely perfect. You have everything you need from the kitchen, bathroom, living room, upstairs loft bedroom with a skylight, huge walk-in closet, and more. Don't be skeptical of the size. We managed to fit our bike, all of our belongings, and many plants with ease. And even better than the studio, if possible, are the landlords. D & D were incredibly sweet, responsive to issues (when our oven went out we had a brand new one installed within a week), respectful of our privacy, and most of all, incredibly welcoming.
