Great Place to Stay
Brenda was great, very friendly, helpful, and respectful of my privacy. She fixed any problem that came up quickly and followed up with me. She's also very knowledgeable of the area and gave great advice on places to check out and safe places to get groceries and other such tips for day to day living. She added so many little touches and helpful little things to make the place really feel like home! The space was comfortable and perfect, I even had my own bathroom with it's own shower. I worked night shift and was able to sleep peacefully through the days. She even offers free parking, probably the only place in all of Indianapolis to do so lol. The drive was not bad about 20 minutes to IU Methodist give or take some time for weather and traffic. 10/10 would recommend and I would definitely stay again.
Great Place
B and I got along great! She's respectful of your privacy and takes pride in her home. She has two amazing cats that are pretty friendly. The room is down stairs in the basement with a bathroom and shower near your room. I work nights and never had any trouble falling asleep during the day as it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. For me, the basement was a comfortable temperature and I never needed a heater but she does have one available to you if you need it. I worked at IU Health, so it took approx 22 minutes from B's home to get to work or back, depending on traffic. Bed was a futon with a memory foam on top, so fairly comfortable! Washer and Dryer also downstairs in the basement for you to use. Don't let this one pass you by!
