Comfy, quite and safe with a super landlord

I stayed here for 7 months. It was always quiet, comfy, and safe. The landlord is great: very responsive, easy to reach, and very supportive. This is a really good furnished rental.

Quiet Casita

I enjoyed my stay in this cozy casita. Location was good, near the interstate, hospitals, stores, and restaurants. Safe neighborhood, designated parking spot and well lit property. Valerie was a responsive and friendly landlord.

travel stay

as a travel nurse, this was a great place to stay. Its in a good neighborhood and close to all the area i needed for grocery shopping, vehicle maintenance and food. Its 15-20 min drive to UNMH depending on traffic, 45-50 min away from santa fe, and 10-15 min away from sandia mountain. But in terms of the house, the house is connected to the main house but you have ur own entrance and you have access to the washer and dryer witch connects with the main house. you have your own parking spot in the driveway so you dont have to park in the street, you have a living room and a bedroom in a separate room which is nice to have. The place comes with internet and tv cable. They house also has a fridge but the only thing is not a full kitchen with oven and stove. It has a portable electric stove and toaster oven but its manageable for the times i stayed. Everything is pretty much provided for you. I had a great stay and would stay there again and the owner is awesome and friendly.
