Great location & townhouse

We stayed at this townhouse for 10 weeks November. December left mid January. Loved it clean well maintained great owner. Tony made sure everything was in working order. Location was excellent to groceries and Restaurants easy access to anything you needed Park close proximity with a walking track. Will be our go to rental anytime we visit AZ. Highly recommend.

Pleasant Experience

While working as a travel nurse, my family and I stayed here for 2 months. A and her husband made sure our experience was more than enjoyable. The home was clean and inviting. Any issues we had, which were minimal, were addressed same day and fixed. They were prompt to answer questions and available anytime you needed them. I would recommend this property confidently to anyone!

Amanda and her property were so amazing!

A was so amazing! She made everything run so smoothly and the house had everything we needed! It was in a great location, only about 8 minutes from downtown Gilbert and had lots of food places located near! I felt very safe staying here and she even allowed my dog to tag along! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to rent here!

Chandler Townhome review

Cute, tastefully furnished & spacious! Amanda is very on top of ensuring that our stay is perfect & is always very quick to respond with any questions that we may have. She goes above & beyond! This is my first travel assignment and Amanda's townhome has set the bar high for housing for future assignments. Quiet neighborhood with lots of areas to walk your dog. There are two parks nearby with grassy areas that are perfect for your dog to stretch their legs! The townhome even has a doggie door that goes out to private back patio. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and I feel very spoiled with all of the closet space this home has! There are two pools that are a part of the complex and the one is just steps away from your doorstep. Many cute downtown areas with lots to do such as Gilbert and Chandler are only minutes away! Also, there is lots of great hiking within 30 minutes! Would recommend booking this townhome & if we ever come back I would not hesitate to book again!
