Great unit, great owners!

We rented Unit B for 10 months (Nov 2023 - Aug 2024) and highly recommend renting from Debbie and Steve. They have multiple properties on Furnished Finder. They were quick to respond to texts and very flexible when we needed to extend our stay. This property is in the perfect location! I expected more noise from 9th East but it was really quiet. The unit had everything we needed, and it was so convenient having our own laundry room. We had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again!

Convenient & felt like home

Amazing communication, and great set up with everything you could need in the apartment. Private, downtown, walking distance to the Planet Fitness, Liberty Park, etc. I worked from the apartment and always felt safe/comfortable. Will be my first option if I'm back in Salt Lake City. 10/10 recommend.

Great apartment

Great private and fully furnished apartment. I lived upstairs. It was mostly soundproof during the day and quiet at night. Near downtown and felt like a safe area with a big street and plenty of street parking. Landlord was nice, quick to respond and flexible when I kept needing to change my lease date. Overall it was one of the best places I've stayed at in my four years using furnished finder.

Great Location

Hosts were absolutely wonderful to rent from, and were always available to answer any questions. Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Located near supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, etc. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Salt Lake City.
