The best stay on the 40th floor!

I had an incredible stay at The Brooks in Denver and truly can't say enough good things about my experience. Living on the 40th floor was amazing-the views of the city and mountains were absolutely stunning and something I looked forward to every day. My studio was comfortable and had all the essentials I needed. What really made this place special, though, was the sense of community. I met some amazing people during my time there, and the building's happy hours were such a fun way to connect with neighbors and feel at home in a new city. The pool was a great amenity even though I only got to enjoy it towards the end of the stay. The laundry is on the 3rd floor but there were always machines open when I went and they have an app to use for it. A huge shoutout to Mike, who was honestly the best landlord. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with. He was always a quick text away if I needed anything!

Great apartment and landlord!

I stayed for over 3 months during the winter and I had a great time! Mike was very responsive and helpful during my stay whenever I needed anything. Neighbors were quiet. The parking lot felt safe and secure. You really do get a great view of the city! Quiet and cute apartment, and would absolutely stay again if I were coming back to Denver!

Travel Contract

Had an absolute blast staying in this apartment over the summer. I was working a travel contract in Denver and this place fit my needs perfectly. I work night shift and had no noise problems, the neighbors were lovely, and the pool and gym were a great bonus. Would have extended my stay if I was staying in Denver. Mike was absolutely lovely to work with! Thank you.

Amazing apartment and location!

I loved my 6 month stay here! Its a beautiful apartment in a great location and everything is so close by and walkable. Mike is a great host and I would definitely stay here again!

Definitely recommend

I stayed here for about 5 months and had a great experience. The location was incredible and I was able to get around town fairly easily without a car. The closest RTD station is only about two blocks away, Union Station is about a 15 minute walk, and theres a bus stop right across the street from the apartment complex. The apartment itself is very well supplied and Mike was fantastic about sending things when needed like lightbulbs, missing kitchenware, etc. The building has a nice atmosphere and I never had any issue with noise. Theres also a great gym and pool area thats nice for the summer months, and even occasional community events like holiday parties and other get togethers. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great stay!

I lived at this apartment for the last 9 months and it was lovely. The view is stunning from the 40th floor. The location is perfect, there is a coffee shop/cocktail spot across the street as well as a diner with great brunch. It is 3 blocks from Larimer street which has many more bars and restaurants. The apartment had everything I needed, the jacuzzi bathtub is a great amenity. Mike the landlord was always quick to respond and attend to anything that needed to be done. Would definitely recommend!! Especially through the summer, there is a pool and patio area as well!

Great Location, very comfortable

Amazing location and view, cant be beat. Furnished with essentials and then some. Comfortable bed and couch. Has a cool vibe in the sense that there are a lot of books, movies, and an old school Nintendo available to use. Pretty quiet, did not really hear any neighbors during my stay. Very nice and approachable landlord.
