Safe & Beautiful studio with plenty of parking and near hospitals

I absolutely loved my stay in this modern studio. The space is spotless, bug-free, and thoughtfully designed with great features. Stainless steel appliances, heated bidet, towel warmer, easy parking. Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood where neighbors are out walking their dogs, I felt safe in the neighborhood. The landlord, Joanne, is truly exceptional! She was always checking in before I even needed to ask, offering help, and sharing her wealth of local knowledge. She genuinely cares about her tenants comfort. This was an easy, stress-free, and enjoyable place to live, and Id happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

This property is wonderful and was above our expectations. J is an amazing host and truly ensured our stay was comfortable. This apartment has everything you may need! It is clean and newly renovated. The beds are so comfortable! All towels and bedding is new and clean. Kitchen has everything and Joanne stocked it with snacks, tea, coffee - what an amazing surprise! This place is quiet and conveniently located to everything! We originally planned on staying only a few months, but loved it so much that we stayed 6 months. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful and comfortable place. Thank you, J for being an amazing host and sharing your place with us.

Amazing short term rental property

This place is perfect for anyone looking for a short term furnished rental. Its in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The pictures are spot on! Huge TVs in every room. It has a nice newly remodeled bathroom. Shared washer/dryer space with next door tenet, but never had any issues. This unit has everything you could possibly need when traveling away from home. It truly felt like home away from home. J is super nice and very responsive. She even woke up out of her sleep one night while I was at work to unlock the door for my son who accidentally locked himself out :) For me the price for this rental was well worth it. To come home everyday and to feel safe and welcomed. Thank you J for the amazing hospitality!

Great property and even better host!

Ive been a traveller for over 2 years now and this is by far the best place Ive stayed at. Joanne is an excellent host who responds quickly and is literally next door. I was nervous about the rep I had heard about Oakland being from a smaller town in the south but the neighborhood is nice, safe and quiet with ample street parking. Not that I needed anything since the place was stocked but most small items Joanne had and readily let me use.I definitely wont hesitate to rebook here if Im ever back in the bay.
