Lovely home in a very convenient area - amazing landlord!!

We have so many wonderful things to say about Rhonda's home. Her home was perfect for our family while we explored southern California. All of the beds were very comfortable and the set up of the house was really nice for the kids. We've just loved living here. You're only 12 minutes to Seal Beach and 15 to Huntington Beach. It has everything we needed and is located in a very convenient area. The neighbors are quiet and the overall neighborhood was very low key. Her gardener came once a week for her amazing backyard. The plants she has are stunning and give you the real "California vibes." Rhonda as a person is incredibly kind. Anytime we had a question or if we needed something, she was very responsive. We appreciated that she was willing to humor our questions about California since we were coming from the east coast. Her lease was very fair to both parties and we appreciated having an open dialogue with her. I'm so glad that Rhonda said yes to us living here.

Super cute, large house with fenced in beautiful yard!

R's place is AMAZING! We got to the area and the housing that we had fell through and she got us into her house right away without any questions asked. My boyfriend and I ended up renting out the whole house because we had our two dogs with. This place was absolutely perfect. Very up to date and decorated to feel homey. The backyard is so beautiful and well kept, she had a gardener come once a week to mow and take care of trimming. She had a fire pit and nice outdoor furniture! Our dogs absolutely loved the backyard. R was so easy and quick to communicate with at all times. Very understanding lady and just wants you to feel at home. We stayed here for 5 months! Neighbors were nice and quiet and we even handed out candy during halloween! Felt it was a safe place to live and was only a 10-12 minute drive to CHOC where I worked. I highly recommend this property!!
