Beautiful Secluded Garden and Private Space

I had a great experience here for over 2 years. This is a beautiful escape, hidden in San Bruno. There is a beautiful secluded garden with lots of fruit trees that produce year round. The furnished studio came with everything I needed, especially my own washer and dryer was very convenient! And if I needed anything, the property owners would go out of their way to help. For example, there are about 2 weeks out of the year that it gets hot in San Francisco. When I talked to them about the weather, they added a screen door to allow more cool breeze in. Amazing! I highly recommend this place!

Nice and Quiet

This review is a little late because I got busy after I rented. But I always meant to come back and share my positive experience. When I moved in the place was very clean. The beddings and sheets were freshly laundered. The carpet was professionally cleaned, it was move-in ready. The layout of the unit was efficient. Even when it is a studio, I feel like the bed is separated enough from the kitchen and the entry space. The bed and the sofa was very comfortable. I have good night sleep in the bed and I frequently nap in the couch on my days off. The private patio was a bonus. It is on the second floor, so there are stairs going up from the parking. I find the place to be quiet and secure. There is a dedicated parking right under the building. It is very accessible and safe. There are laundry areas and the one closest to the unit is almost always available. It is very close to shops Starbucks groceries and restaurants. H is a great landlady. She responds in a timely manner through texts. Tyler was kind and helped me with my luggage when I was moving in. I would stay here again if I ever work close to the area and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

A lovely stay!

I stayed here for 3 months while on contract at Stanford and had a lovely time! 10 minute drive to the beaches, 30 minutes to work right on the highway, plenty of stores right around the corner. Helene and her husband are the kindest landlords, very conscientious and responsive! Sometimes I still miss taking swims in the complex's pool and sitting out on the balcony.

Home away from home

Beautiful second story home. Perfect for long stay. I stayed from September to December 2021.You have everything you need in this nice studio to feel like home. Dog friendly, there is dog park in 4 min waking distance. Land lord is really nice, helpful. Answer text messages right away.
