Great Apartment - HORRIBLE management

The APT is great! Spacious + stocked with everything you need. Safe and quiet, we had no issues with the apartment itself. The problems were with the property mgmt. 1st problem - they tried to tell us that we were to set up + pay for wifi, when I pointed out that this was not true, they gave pushback until I sent them the lease stating that it was in fact included. Then the wifi was down for abt 3 days at the beginning of the stay. Also was very spotty over the course of our stay. Next was parking, we were not provided remotes to open the gates until about 4 days after moving in. They tried to say it was only a code needed + did not know that there was a remote to open the gate. Finally, they charged a ridiculous $400 cleaning fee when moving out. This was NOT stated anywhere in the lease and was retained from our security deposit. We left the apartment clean and certainly not in need of a $400 cleaning. They also took over 1 month to get our deposit back to us. Would not stay again.
