Great Chicago Rental!!!

I rented here for 2 months in the dead of winter. Apartment was cozy, warm, clean and newly renovated with everything you would need for your stay! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, no riff-raff! Property owner was great, very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend!

Great Apartment, Location and Owner!

The apartment is so lovely! Everything is really well-maintained, the kitchen is beautiful and has remarkably great storage. The apartment is in a fun neighborhood with a large beautiful park for exercise and great restaurants all in walking distance. The owner is friendly and helpful and so are the neighbors. There is in-unit laundry and two very comfortable bedrooms with nice closets and dresser storage. Great space!!

The apartment is really nice with new sleek appliances, marble countertops, and a good layout. It's in a quiet and safe area, and A was always available for whatever we needed. I got so lucky booking this for my 7 month stay in Chicago!

Great apartment

Great property the apartment is very nice, appliances are new, and design is super cute. The location is near a park which is nice and about 4 miles from the heart of downtown. A, is great with communication and was always looking to accommodate me any way she could.
