This is a beautiful, spacious flat in a lovely neighborhood. Has everything you need, and the owner is incredibly helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend enough, and highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity!

For anyone staying in DC temporarily, this is a wonderful option for you. It's very well-situated, with easy bus access just down the road and the Woodley Park metro within a 15-20 minute walk. You're also close to 18th street which has tons of restaurants and bars. The host is very friendly and communicates well, I always felt like I could reach out and was aware of anything going on for the apartment. They always made sure my packages and mail were safe and accounted for too! The apartment itself is large, spacious, and well-stocked, it retains heat surprisingly well even during the cold months, and there is lots of lighting to make it feel cozy. I highly recommend staying here if it's available.

My friend and I stayed at this property during our summer internships and absolutely loved it! The walk to the metro is not too far and so many places to eat and drink are just a quick 5-minute walk away. The area is also very safe and conveniently located.

I loved my time at this apartment! Its in a beautiful, centrally located neighborhood within easy walking distance to two metro stations, grocery stores, cafes, and everything in Adams Morgan. The unit itself is spacious with two bedrooms, a washer and dryer, and work space - and was well stocked with everything I needed. The landlords were very welcoming and really wanted to ensure I was enjoying my stay. I feel very lucky I found this place and highly recommend it.

Can't think of a single complaint! The owners of the property are friendly and welcoming. They are always available to help out if needed. The space has everything you need. In unit w/d are super convenient, along with a spacious master bedroom, large living room/work area and well equipped kitchen. The location is close to everything you need. Grocery store less than a 5 minute walk. Bus/metro routes within easy walking distance as well. I would absolutely stay here again if back in DC.

I stayed here for 7 weeks while I searched for longer term housing during an extended sabbatical in D.C. I couldnt have made a better choice! Everything exceeded expectations, but the hosts really made the stay they were friendly and responsive and F just a pleasure to interact with. The apartment had everything I needed, and new goodies (a rice cooker! an air fryer!) would show up unprompted. The location is excellent, a short walk to two metro stations and a block from multiple bus lines. The neighbourhood is tree-lined and welcoming, and there is a back garden to enjoy in good weather. Theres even a grocery store less than 2 blocks away. I certainly would have stayed here longer if they werent already booked!

Wonderful, spacious apartment in great fun neighborhood with the best landlords! The apartment has everything you could need or want! The neighborhood has a massive variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Easy walk to the red line metro at Woodley Park/Adams Morgan or the yellow/green line at Columbia Heights. And to top it off the landlords are wonderful and quick to respond to any questions! You will love it here!

I stayed at this apartment while working at a nearby hospital and it suited my every need. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating. The apartment is spacious with nicely updated appliances and furniture. Suitable for one person, however has enough room to comfortably host a weekend guest. It is located just blocks away from 18th St. in Adams Morgan, which is home to a variety of bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to a multipurpose trail perfect for walking, biking, or running. Would highly recommend!

I stayed in this flat for 6 months and have nothing but good things to say! The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood and you have access to a backyard with a hammock and deck. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed and having an in unit washer/dryer was a huge plus. The apartment is very big with tons of storage space. The best part of living in this unit is that the landlords are amazing. They are extremely hospitable and made me feel like a part of their family for the 6 months I was there. They were attentive and responsive whenever I had questions and always made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this apartment!
