Incredible landlord

Matt is such an incredible landlord. His support and attention to detail truly made our stay very enjoyable and worry-free. It’s rare to find someone as reliable and kind. It was a pleasure staying here and we’re grateful for the experience!

Exceeded every expectation!

My two friends and I stayed at Matt’s property for 6 months while we did a travel nurse assignment. The stay, location, accommodations, neighborhood, etc exceeded every expectation. We could not have asked for a better stay. Beautiful house and decorated just as the pictures described. Matt was great and always made us feel safe and responded quickly to any needs or questions!

Neighborhood is amazing, quiet, and beautiful!

Matt was very responsive and helpful with all of our needs in the apartment. The apartment itself was decorated very nicely and upscale. The neighborhood is amazing, quiet, and beautiful (especially when it snows!) Matt was available for any requests or questions we had during our stay and fixed any problems promptly. I had a great stay and will be more than likely to rent again if I am in St. Louis again!

My family and I needed a short term rental in St. Louis while we were selling our house and Matt’s place was great for the two months we stayed there. We really appreciated all the finishing touches and upgraded appliances this rental had- the oven and microwave were well above other short-term rentals we’ve had. Anytime we had any issues, Matt was very responsive. We enjoyed being walking distance to a park, Little Fox, and Lona’s Lil Eats. Of the multiple short-term rentals we’ve had, this was generally the best. We would stay here again.

No Better Rental in STL

My two grown children (17 and 22) and pup have been moving state to state for over a year and we came to Saint Louis to relocate for work having never been to Missouri before. Matt was amazing from the start, he communicated well, was kind, and helped put my mind at ease while looking for the right rental. We stayed in one of Matts rentals for just over 3 months and truly it was one of the best if not THE best rental we have stayed in. The apartment was super clean, well stocked, had all the comforts of home! The apartment has great updated appliances, adorable decor, comfy furniture and a cozy vibe. We loved calling the apartment home! Matt continued throughout our stay to be very attentive and easy to get ahold! He went above and beyond even bringing over a crockpot for us to borrow! As a single woman with a teen daughter and a pup a safe but walkable neighborhood was a must and it is what we had. There were never any issues, the neighborhood is super cute with great restaurants, farmers markets, and parks nearby! You will love staying in Matts place and I would highly recommend it!

5 star STL stay!

I rented Matt's place for 8 months during my travel contract at SSM St. Mary's and it was the perfect place! The location was convenient to just about every hospital as well multiple restaurants, grocery stores, parks, etc! I travel with my dog and the park right across the street was great for walks! The apartment was very clean and complete with updated appliances, tasteful decor, and comfortable furnishings. It really felt like home! Matt was extremely attentive and easy to get ahold of if I needed something! He went above and beyond to get an extra portable air conditioner during the hot STL summer. As a single female travel RN, safety is a big issue for me and I always felt safe while at Matt's place. If you are thinking about renting this place, don't hesitate!

Would definitely stay again!!!

I spent 13 weeks in the newly renovated 2nd floor apartment, and it was incredible! The apartment had everything I could need and was extremely nice and comfortable. The location is really convenient and only a 12 minute drive to SLCH. Matt was a great landlord and was super responsive and helpful with anything that came up during my stay. I would definitely stay again if I take another STL contract!

Perfect stay

Absolutely loved this rental. It was so cozy and very well decorated, we felt very at home. The landlord was so kind and helpful. Definitely has everything you could need at your home away from home!

Our stay at Ms place for our 13 week contract was amazing!! M was always so great and responsive! We always felt super safe during our stay here! The apartment was just as pictured and super cute!! Would 1000% recommend staying here to any of my friends!!

Fully Loaded

I had a wonderful stay in this unit. I stayed here while working at barnes, although I did have to cut my contract short for personal reasons. The 3 bedrooms and fast fiber internet provided ample space and convenience. M, the landlord, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The apartment was fully equipped, with modern amenities and a security system, ensuring a stress-free stay. Each bedroom had a smart TV and comfortable mattresses, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The neighborhood was quiet, with on-site parking. From the designer decor to the well-equipped kitchen, every detail was meticulously curated. Overall, my stay was exceptional, offering a rare combination of comfort, convenience, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a memorable stay. Some of my favorite features: White noise machines in every room, full size washer & dryer, fully loaded kitchen, even Tupperware! Literally designer decorated. Great for travel buddies or solo.

This is a beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished apartment with all the latest in appliances. The apartment is close to the major hospitals and offers easy access the the highway. M, the owner ,provides the best of everything from the flat screen TVs in every bedroom to the linens and kitchen ware. If it isn't provided Mitch will promptly supply any necessity to make you feel at home. M is great. He responds quickly to any concerns. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

Best Rental Experience of My LIFE

The apartment itself is very spacious. It feels comfortable, like an actual home and not a rental property. Wifi was always fast. Comfortable kitchen and handy well stocked appliances. It is in the perfect location. Nothing is ever more than 10-15 minute drive. Convenient 44 & 64, Downtown, Tower Grove, Central West End, Target, multiple grocery stores, and libraries. St. Louis truly cares about its culture. Free art museum, free zoo, the library system is terrific, fantastic shows at the Fox Theater and The MUNY outdoor theater. Great food options from all over the world, many accommodating to vegans and the gluten intolerant. Everyone is so friendly. The surrounding neighborhood is very calm and quiet. There are many cute restaurants within walking distance and a dog park around the block. Ample well lit on street parking. The host is very attentive and addressed any issues very quickly. Could not have asked for a better experience while staying in St. Louis.

The first floor apartment was perfect for my needs during my travel assignment in St. Louis! Matt was very attentive to any needs and wants that I had for the apartment and he responded very quickly. The apartment felt very safe and secure. It was within walking distance from several delicious restaurants and coffee shops. There was a little park nearby. The community itself was very welcoming and always had some kind of event going on each week. I will definitely stay here again if I ever have another assignment in STL!

Best rental I've ever stayed in!

This is the best rental I have ever stayed in! M is very welcoming, accommodating, and responsive! The unit is expertly designed and has everything you could possibly need or want! The neighborhood is very safe and full of hidden gems, within walking distance there are several phenomenal restaurants, a park, a community garden, and a yoga studio. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Modern and Spacious

The inside of the place is visually appealing, simple but modern. Equipped with everything you may need to cook or clean. As a night shift travel nurse, sleeping during the day was easy because of how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. Walkable distance to several hidden gems like restaurants and coffee shops, and parking is accessible. If I didnt have time to walk my dog to Fox Park, the dog relief area in the back really helped. Landlord is very helpful and attentive to any needs, he will go above and beyond to make your stay the best experience possible. Had a great three months here, place is updated and clean, highly recommend it.

Best Rental!!

This rental was amazing! The apartment was so nice and comfortable and was a great place to come home to after your shifts. The location was perfect- just a short drive to the hospitals and walking distance to many nice restaurants and shops. The owner was so friendly and truly cares about his tenants! He was always available should you ever need him! I cannot recommend this property enough!

Top notch stay!

10/10! I stayed at M's furnished finder for 13 weeks for my first travel contract and my expectations were completely exceeded. This apartment is newly renovated with all you could ever need for your stay. M cares so much about the comfort and needs of this tenants and is readily available if needed. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in St. Louis!

This was the perfect apartment during my assignment at SLCH! The neighborhood is nice with restaurants within walking distance and the drive to work was only 12mins. The apartment itself was beautiful with the best stocked kitchen we've been in! The landlord was amazing and very accomodating. I definitely recommend staying here!

Just book!!

This place is amazing!! The landlord went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Spacious, lots of storage in unit, fully equipped kitchen, everything is brand new, backyard area for dogs, and plentiful and safe parking along the street. Very cute area with restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away. Easy access to highways and most of the major hospitals. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Pretty & spacious apartment

This 2nd floor apartment is truly beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen is very well stacked with the needed utensils. And every room is neatly decorated. Not a long drive from most of the hospitals. The front street parking is safe. It can really bring a feeling of home even with only a 3 month stay.
