Two Bedroom

I had the pleasure of renting from Colleen, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the beginning, Colleen was professional, communicative, and accommodating, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're a traveling professional looking for a reliable and welcoming host, I highly recommend renting from Colleen.

Cute little apartment extremely close to Tacoma General. Exactly a 3-4 minute drive. Property owner is very kind and responsive. We had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, I felt safe enough to take my dog out for walks at night. All in all we were comfortable and the space is conveniently located to the hospital. Downtown Tacoma is also just a few minutes away.

We stayed at C's place during my contract with Tacoma Medical Center. The unit is clean and nicely furnished. And small decorative accents throughout which help the place feel more homey. Everything is provided: linens, dishes, pots pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, utensils, it's all here. She was kind enough to provide a space heater when it got really cold. The bed is comfy and there are plenty of blankets, throws and pillows. The apartment is walking distance to about 3 hospitals, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Parking is on the street in front of the building and there was never a problem with finding a spot with your car in view. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, and so were the other tenants. C was also responsive to my texts and questions. You are not far from the train station and we used it frequently to go to Seattle and Portland. We were very comfortable here.

Amazing property to say the least. Well kept and fantastic location. The apartment itself was so comfortable and inviting, definitely the best weve stayed in. Also pet friendly and easy to walk pet around neighborhood as well. C and S were fantastic landlords as well, thank you so much!

Central location within easy walking distance to a full grocery store (Safeway) and neighborhood strolls. Always available on street parking in front of the quadriplex. Basement laundry is convenient. Property owner is super responsive, helpful, and very accommodating and flexible to length of stay extensions (very much appreciated). Two bedroom unit is spacious, however with a small full bath. No issue for the single tenant. Some street noise on the main street side, but becomes familiar over time. Quiet locale otherwise without intrusion from the other units. Full kitchen and fridge give at home comfort for the traveler away from home. Summer breezes with good cross ventilation with the windows open and warm radiators for the damp cool winter. The owners make the whole of the process easy and their warmth shines through. Would certainly repeat the stay.

This place was a great location and really close to the hospital I was working at. There are three other units in the building, but I never noticed noise from the other tenants. Everything inside the apartment is beautifully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to do some cooking. We also have a dog and it was a nice surrounding neighborhood to take her for walks. The only downside was no A/C during the hot summer, but thats most homes in Washington state. Overall, we would stay here again.

C and her husband were fantastic to work with. The apartment is just what I needed for my assignment and close to everything, including all the area hospitals and free-standings. Thanks!

This cozy 1-bedroom apartment is minutes away from Kaiser, Tacoma General, and St. Joseph Medical Center--on a nice day you could even walk to work. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator which is a huge bonus. Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in the basement. There is ample on street parking right out front at all times--free! The landlords are kind and welcoming and quick to reach if you need anything at all. I would highly recommend staying in one of these beautifully furnished units.

This one bedroom is wonderfully furnished and very cozy. Includes a well designed kitchen with full sized refrigerator, pots and pans, utensils--everything you may need. There's ample closet space, washer/dryer in the basement of the building, and street parking is always available right out front. The apartment is very clean and safe. 4 min drive to Tacoma General, Kaiser, St. Joseph. The landlords, Colleen and Stephen, are extremely kind and very responsive. They have been very welcoming and I would absolutely recommend their place to anyone searching in this area.

Clean and cozy one bedroom apartment 1 mile from downtown Tacoma. Neighborhood is safe, can be a bit noisy since there are 2 hospitals nearby so the police and ambulance cars speed by every now and then. The washer/dryer is in the basement of the building. Other than that, youve got everything you need in the apartment! Colleen and Stephen are always available and super helpful if you have questions and concerns.
