clean place convenient to Sanford USD

great FF rental while working at USD Sanford over the springtime. Clean, quiet, new building with new appliances and vanities. Safe neighborhood too, I walked to work everyday. all shifts, even at 3:00am, absolutely fine. Landlord David was terrific! friendly, down to earth guy who was very helpful and very quick to respond to texts or any questions. Finally, the price is very reasonable. Forget those granny houses going for $2500/month. Stay here instead for a clean and cheap price. Garage space available too. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in Sioux Falls. Excellent, clean, safe, comfy

Excellent place for traveling professionals. Landlord is responsive and helpful, will go out of his way to make your stay a positive experience. Two minute drive to Sanford. Highly recommend.

This is a very well-run property. Very clean and quiet. D has set it up for travelers like us. He supplies lots of small items which people appreciate. Clothes hangers, paper towels, bath towels, and some laundry detergent. All good quality. Very close to Sanford. There are locks on all bedroom doors and he does go in your room. He checks in frequently but is not intrusive. He does a great job blowing the snow out of sidewalks and even will blow the snow from in front of your car in street. Very informative about area. Can't recommend more highly.

Exceptional Place and Excellent Host

I am a medical traveler professional and I was lucky to found this place to live for a short term while working in Sioux Falls, SD. David, the owner and host of the townhouse where I stayed went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that I needed, and he responded to my texts immediately when I needed to reach out as well. D is very easy to work with and he makes sure that his guests are well taking care. These townhouses are one of the most beautiful places in Sioux Falls, SD. The area is very quite and safe. I walked around many times around the area and I always felt safe. I would definitely come back and stay at this place again in the near future. I was extremely satisfied. I highly recommended!

Great Location/Great Host!!

Loved this place. D is a great host and keeps the place clean. He is incredibly accommodating and is quick to respond to request. Location is great and safe neighborhood. Rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Modern amenities and plenty of space. Always alerts current tenants when new ones are moving in or old ones out. Never felt unsafe even though sharing space with people you don't know. I would definitely stay here again.
