Best Rental We Stayed in! Amazing for Travel Nurses/Traveling Professionals.

Me and my wife stayed here for 6 months (we ending up extending our contract because we loved the area and home so much!). We loved the Sunset Balcony and location of this home. So close to Sprouts and Smiths groceries. We were always stopping by Sprouts on the way home from work and grilling some nice cuts of meat. We felt very Safe in the home with good neighbors and most importantly great Landlord! M was always there to help out with anything and everything. Landlord status is 10 Stars for him. He really took care of us and we appreciate him so much! The home is very spacious and has 3 bedrooms for up to 3 travel nurses if needed. We loved the King bed in the master bedroom. Felt very cozy there and you fall asleep easily on the super comfortable mattress. The living room is great for watching your favorite TV shows on the couch. We loved the New Mexican art work all around the house! New Mexico in general exceeded our expectations and including this Home, we absolutely loved it!

Perfection

This house is perfect. As a travel nurse this is my favorite house Ive ever stayed at. Safe, quiet neighborhood, just on the outskirts of Albuquerque. Perfect for three travel nurses. Loved having a garage for my car. The balcony is great to view sunsets. Smiths and sprouts is across the street so very convenient. Takes about 10 minutes to get to UNM. Mike and Amanda were very welcoming, accommodating, and perfect hosts. Wish I was still living there!

Review

Nice clean home in a safe area. Perfect for 3 travel nurses. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Mike and Amanda were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. If I come back to abq I would definitely stay here again.
