Three bedrooms. Queen, full, and two twin beds. The room with the twins can be switched out to be an office if you require a workspace. The living space is all on the main level, with the laundry down one set of stairs. There is a studio apartment on the basement level, and it has a separate entrance and parking space on the backside of the house. You might never see the other tenant.
Family neigborhood near the schools. The road is busy for a few minutes twice a day on school days. Nice area to walk. Near Safeway, Starbucks, Vic's Pizza and more. Bus stop near the Safeway. Easy access to freeway.
Perfect Find
This beautiful find was just what I needed!! This space is very accommodating and has everything you need to make your stay successful! I was here on a work travel assignment originally set for 13 weeks but eventually got extended for a year. C was so much help when it came to having to extend my stay! Property was clean and just beautifully well kept. Neighbors where extremely friendly and the neighborhood itself is very nice and quiet. Even with staying right across from the school!! If Im ever in this part of WA again and this property is available Id stay here without hesitation!!
