Great little ADU for a nurse

I stayed here for a year. Renee is the ideal landlord. I felt safe here, and if I ever needed anything, she would answer. This place has everything one would need. Complete kitchen with appliances, washer and dryer, absolutely FULLY furnished. Parking is street parking, but I was always able to find a spot next to the house. Nothing ever happened to my car, or any of the other cars on the street. Neighbors are friendly, people walk their dogs. I definitely recommend this place for a single person.

The Perfect Oasis

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. I wish I could pick this place up and take it with me to every travel assignment! The perfect amount of space to live comfortably. Full sized kitchen, washer+dryer, private bathroom, private bedroom, and a living room space that adds the perfect final touch. High speed WiFi and also has a private entry. The location is central to everything in LA! Most drives were no more than 30 minutes. Easy commute to Cedars-Sinai with minimal traffic delays both coming from and going to work. The host is a sweet and very dependable woman. The perfect host providing both privacy and support when needed. I felt comfortable and safe knowing that she was close and always just a call away. R made sure to be available to answer all questions and speedy with settling any concerns. If youre looking for a home away from home on your assignment look no further, this is it!
