Great stay

I stayed with Renae for three months and really enjoyed my time there :) My room had plenty of storage. I didn't bring too much with me but it was nice having plenty of space to store my belongings in the room. I was given a key to lock my door if I chose to, but I felt very comfortable/safe leaving my door unlocked. I don't cook much so I didn't use the kitchen a lot, but she has everything you might need to cook. Personally having a dishwasher, fridge with ice dispenser, and washing machine to freely use made my stay more comfortable. She also has a very pretty patio I was so happy to use on sunny days! Oh and I never had problems with deliveries :) you do have to walk over to mail box but it's not very far away and the larger deliveries are left at the front door. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Renae saved me!

What can I say? Renae's place is amazing and all you could ask for as a travel RN. Nicely furnished, clean, and convenient. Had it been summer I could have easily walked to work at the hospital. Renae herself was friendly and kind and ready to help with a ride or as a tour guide if you didn't have a car. She did truly save me form an uncomfortable living situation with her prompt response to my request for availability in her home. I wish I had found her place when I was first looking. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable and extremely convenient place to stay!

Home away from Home

I am currently renting from Renae and plan to stay for another contract next year. The home is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and Renae has been incredibly helpful during my stay. When I had car trouble, she went out of her way to help, which I truly appreciated. When I first arrived, Renae also took my husband and me on a tour of the surrounding area, which helped us get familiar with the neighborhood and feel welcomed right away. The location is ideal for my school, and I feel very safe walking throughout the neighborhood. One of the things I appreciate most is Renae’s open communication. It makes renting and living with other adults easy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to returning next year. This has truly been a positive and stress-free rental experience.

Absolutely do NOT recommend.

If I could give zero stars - I would. The landlord was disrespectful, manipulative, and quite honestly a mess despite the essay-long "house rules" she will require. Had to sue to get my rent back due to her lying disrespecting my feelings of safety, which she made unbearable just to hurt me. This landlord did not care about her tenants and will make you feel uncomfortable. Also - there were ants all over the kitchen, in the cabinets and on counters. Despite there being a cleaning service, the refrigerator was never cleaned. I was traumatized. Save yourself the troubles. Also, very overpriced for what you get.

Stay

My stay was amazing with Renae. The house was cleaned weekly so no worries about it not being up to par. She was very accommodating and understanding which made it an even better experience. I will definitely book with her again.

Great Place!

Renae's place was amazing! I truly loved staying there. The house has everything you need, and the location is perfectjust a short walk to the hospital, shops, and restaurants. Its cleaned weekly, so it always feels fresh and well-maintained. Renae is a wonderful hostattentive and welcoming.

R is a gracious host and is super accommodating. The house is always clean and the area is very quaint. I felt very welcomed here for my stay and would recommend it to anyone.

R is the best a host can get! Need something? She's on it, she's effective and communicative with everything and ensures you are well taken care of. The house and room are well taken care of, clean, and welcoming. 10/10 superhost!

Awesome accommodation

I lived in this Master-bedroom for more than 7 months with my husband. We loved our stay there and the only reason we left is because we moved to another city. The house is big and has a warm homey atmosphere. Most of the time the other tenants are medical professionals and very respectful. The cleaning service is very convenient too. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Amazing place!

I absolutely love this place! Nicely located near downtown Lompoc. R is the best landlord, very welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is interested in staying in Lompoc! Its got a gorgeous garden and pretty private patio which is a plus!

Super Host!!!

Very nice and clean property! R is an awesome host and very sweet. She makes you feel at home! If I was in Lompoc I would want to stay with R always!!
