My house has one bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom upstairs and one bedroom with a full bed downstairs, living room, and 3/4 bathroom on the middle laundry floor. Each room is fully furnished. Bedding and towels are available if needed. The kitchen and dining rooms are nice and open space.
