Great all around!

I don't have one complaint! The landlords were great, very responsive and very kind. Wonderful location, comfortable bed, felt safe and secure, and the unit provided everything I needed and more! Highly recommend!

Great location

I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. 10 minutes from the hospital, surprisingly very quiet and comfortable. The river front was a great benefit with plenty of shops, restaurants and an amazing walking path along the river. If you're a cyclist this place was right next to a trail that connected to other trails which for me was a major plus. The owners kept in touch and responded to any and all questioned. I'd definitely stay here again if my travels include another assignment in Iowa City.

Great Property Great Location

we stayed in the property 12 weeks and it was fantastic! The location is right in Iowa River Landing with plenty to do and some great restaurants within mere yards but still manages too be quiet and private. We would stay there again without a second thought and thanks to great owners for getting us in quickly when we needed a place in a hurry. This was a lucky find for us.
