Private Neighbor Close to Everything

I had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Location-wise, this rental is unbeatable. It's situated in a peaceful neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, and a park nearby. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything I needed. The host Bob is incredibly responsive and friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable. He even invited me out to dinner and would always bring me cookies from his son's bakery. Can't say enough good things about the property and host. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed place to stay. It truly exceeded my expectations!

The property is on a very quiet street in a good neighborhood. A beautiful park with a dog park and walking trail. The apartment was clean and had everything needed. The back yard would often have deer and squirrels. The WiFi was not working properly and when mentioned Mr. B had it fixed in a day or so. As for the cell reception, I have Verizon. Most times it was ok, this is a basement apartment with some concrete/cement bricks for walls and I think everyone knows that will hinder cell phone connection but as a home health nurse I was able to receive and make all of my calls. The owner Mr B is a very nice man that will NOT come down to the apartment unless he notifies you first. As a nurse that was traveling alone for this assignment I felt very comfortable and safe. Thank you Mr B for everything!

I stayed here while working in the area and really enjoyed it! Its in a great area, the unit is very nice and recently remodeled, and the owner is top notch! Mr. B is really the best host Ive met and I will definitely be coming back again. Its 2 minutes from a beautiful park and 5 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and Bristols downtown area. The unit has all the amenities you could ask for and then some. Cant say enough about this place!

My husband and I stayed at this property for my 13 week assignment. this property and and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. It is located in the basement and the host but the home was so beautiful and well kept you tend to forget you're in a basement. The home was prepped with everything we needed a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, cleaning and laundry supplies. Bedroom was very spacious with a king bed and tv. The home had 2 different wifi one not so great but the other was amazing great for gaming etc since i had online classes. Home was minutes from downtown bristol with lots of great restaurants and shopping. My favorite thing about this place however was our host Mr. Light who has grown to be a good friend to me and my husband he's been so welcoming took us out to dinner and was great company he even allowed us to keep our cat with us, for a small fee which meant the world to us. If you're considering staying here do it you'll love the home and Mr. Light is the sweetest.

My husband and I loved staying at B's place. It was clean and there were no issues of any kind. B goes over above and beyond to make sure every thing is kept up on his property and is so nice.and kind. The property is like living in a very quiet peaceful park-like setting. We spent a lot of time in the swing looking out at the beautiful landscaping. There were deer, squirrels and birds that greeted us daily. We highly recommend this clean and beautiful spot to relax and enjoy. Also, there is a beautiful park with waterfalls, a lake and continual flowing creek with a lot of different flat terrain walks with benches and gorgeous mountains, flowers, etc only a mile from the house called Rooster Creek Park. B is extremely trustworthy.

Property looks like pictures in listing, floors needed to be swept badly & there were dishes left in the dishwasher. NO AT&T CELL SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION & wifi speed was extremely slow. He did make attempts to fix the wifi issue, but with poor signal & no cell service, I was unable to make or receive ANY calls unless I was out in my car on the highway. Owner asked for more than the deposit to retain the unit prior to my arrival. While filling out the lease paperwork, the owner asked several personal questions, such as if I was married and for how long. It was obvious I was uncomfortable & he stated "I'm just being nosy, aren't I?". I gave permission for the wifi to be worked on while I was at work & I received a voicemail from the owner saying he turned on my personal laptop to check the signal, which I never gave permission for. After this, I felt very uncomfortable and chose to leave the unit. He became very angry & tried to argue with me & continued to do so until I left.
