Great place to live.

I cannot say enough good things about this Townhouse. It is centrally located with easy access to Rivers Ave, Ashley Phosphate, Hwy 78 and I-26. The neighborhood is clean and quiet with friendly neighbors. It is pet and kid friendly with lots of room to walk your dog and no thru traffic. The Townhouse itself is in a great location. The pool and mailbox are steps away. There are two reserved parking spots right in front of the house. The inside is large and open and beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures. It has everything you need plus some room to add some personal touches. The property Manager is very easy to work with. He was very responsive to anything I needed. If you are looking for a nice, peaceful, convenient place to live, this is it.

Excellent property and experience

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive. He worked to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. The townhouse is exactly as pictured in the pictures. I was a little worried about how noisy it would be, being situated just off of the freeway and a freeway exit, but that has not been an issue at all. The complex and neighbors overall have been good, as well. We really like the short drive to the airport, as we have made several trips there and back. Just keep in mind, however, that the close proximity also means jets flying overhead. But that does not happen all throughout the night - mostly awake hours. I highly recommend this property and would chose it again!
