Great little cozy place! The landlords are what make the experience great! C& S are they best if you need anything they are right there and will do the best they can to not have you wait. They provide so much inside. Basically all you need is a toothbrush to move in. The area is great, super close to a lot of things! Neighbors are nice and its a safe area to go for a walk everyday.

Awesome Landlord
This duplex is centrally located, nice & in a safe neighborhood. We loved all the squirrels, birds, chipmunks & bunnies in the backyard!! It is an older duplex, but the owner upgraded a lot of things so it doesn't feel outdated. The owners are super nice & caring!!! We had a big storm that nocked out power to most of Overland Park area. Him & his wife brought over large coolers fill with ice in order to save our food. He checked on us daily to see what else he could do for us. He was available anytime and being so far away from home, its very comforting know that C was only a phone call away. We definitely stay there again!!

Convenient Location!
Older duplex with a convenient location! It was minutes away from tons of restraunts and the Mall, including IKEA! Great natural light. The owner was always available via text or a call, no matter what time it was. We are night shift nurses. So that helps. Parking is limited to 2. But there are additional parking on the side street, 2 apartments down. The neighbors have a dog. They are super quiet and friendly. We would rent again if we came back to Overland Park!

Convenient and Comfortable
Nice place to call home while our house was being built. C and S are super nice and very attentive. It is convenient to access main highways and to shopping and Restaurants. I recommend it!

Home away from home
My wife and I are Respiratory Therapists. The place has plenty of space with fast internet and cozy settings. You cant beat the location for shopping and convenience to Kansas City. Chuck and his wife even dropped off a nice meal for us to help us get settled in. Couldnt ask for better hosts. We look forward to seeing them again. Thanks for everything. Barry and Amanda
