I had an excellent experience living here. Denise and her husband are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive hosts. The home is beautifully maintained, with modern, high-quality finishes throughout, and I always felt safe and comfortable during my stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and secure, with convenient walking access to UCSF Parnassus.

I had an amazing experience with Denise. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. Denise and her husband were always kind, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend renting from them!

I was in a horrible prior rental situation, room photos posted looked decent but I never looked at the kitchen as it was not shown.. anyways I had to get out ASAP where I ended up here and it was absolutely perfect! The space is incredibly cute, clean, modern and in a great location. The only downside is if you need to order items they may get stolen as its on a main ish street. I only did occasional amazon prime for when I knew I would be home. Even though its a shared space its absolutely fantastic. I would rent here again if I ended back in SF.

Heavenly Home

I recently had the pleasure of living in this wonderful property for seven months, and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The landlord, D, was not only incredibly helpful but also incredibly kind and attentive to every detail of the house. Their dedication to ensuring everything was in top-notch condition made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself is simply stunning - clean, beautifully decorated, and exuding a peaceful atmosphere that makes it feel like a true home. The location couldn't have been more convenient; with excellent public transportation options and everything I needed within close reach; it made daily life effortless. One of the standout features of this property is its safety. I always felt secure and at ease, thanks to the well-maintained surroundings and the friendly neighborhood. It was by far a great living experience and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and safe place.

Amazing property!

This is a very clean, new, and perfect property at each point. Denise is an extremely helpful and kind landlady, and you can easily reach her. A private bathroom is an excellent plus and challenging to find in SF. Also, the unit is just two blocks from UCSF, so it is in a perfect and safe neighborhood. The kitchen is fully stocked, and everything is perfectly clean again. You will really enjoy your stay in that unit!

Clean, quite and perfect

I stayed in this 2bed/2bath basement apartment for three months during my contract at UCSF, and it was absolutely perfect. I had the smaller bedroom, with the common bathroom being completely mine, and even though the apartment is in the basement, there is plenty of sunlight that streams in through the garden windows. The owners live upstairs in the main part of the house and are extremely accommodating and kind. The entrance to the unit is private and there is a full, stocked kitchen, a smart TV, and WiFi. The location is a 5 minute walk to UCSF Parnassus and a two minute walk to several public transportation lines, which means it's easy to travel all over the Bay Area without a car. Additionally, the neighborhood is full of restaurants, shops, and excellent coffee. I would stay here again in a heart beat if I ever get another contract in SF.

Great safe neighborhood with tons of cafes restaurants walking distance. Usually have no problems finding parking in front of the house if you have a car. Great space- you can just bring yourself, youve got everything you need there. D was a wonderful and accommodating host - even gave me little goodies for the holidays! Would definitely come back if i was in the area again

Lovely unit and location

I had such a great time living here, with a comfortable size room and en suite bathroom. The unit is beautiful and has everything you need. Area is safe, walking distance to muni, golden gate park, and not too far from the beach. Area has a variety of amazing restaurants, and host is helpful and professional. Area is safe and quiet. Highly recommend!

I stayed in #2 bdrm for about half a year, area feels really safe with a lot good food and convienient public transportation A super short walk to my hospital, host was very helpful, I high rec this property

Unit 2

I had a wonderful 3 month stay at this unit. It's in a great location, walking distance to UCSF, Golden Gate Park, and lots of restaurants. The unit itself is beautiful and is just like how it appears in the pictures. It also has everything you need there already. I'd highly recommend this stay!
