best host ever!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for about three months and I cant say enough good things about this place. The house was recently renovated, very clean and modern. The house had a very comfortable feel to it and the host (E) is the best host you could ask for. E helped us get groceries when our car broke, took us tubing with his friends and invited us to his chili cookout. He made this trip so much fun and although we can here with school in mind allowed us to get out and explore. He was happy to provide recommendations on fun things to do and let us know about some beautiful hikes and waterfalls. We had such an amazing time in Nashville and for traveling nurses hed be an incredible host. He tries very hard to make the experience wonderful and he blew it out of the park! Thank you E!!!

Great home away from home!

This was my first place on my first travel assignment and I couldnt have asked for a better place/host! Less than a mile from 440....15 min from Vanderbilt Medical Center and close to lots of cool places to eat for would be foodies and legit foodies. Eric is so thoughtful he even considered my daytime sleeping schedule when making plans for a backyard gathering. His place is spotless, well appropriated, and beautifully decorated. You will be happy here!

Loved living here!

I stayed here while doing an assignment at Vanderbilt Children's and totally loved it. This rental was a great location for me and only took about 10-15 minutes to get to the hospital. It was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed and more. I stayed here alone but there's plenty of room if you're traveling with more than one person. I even had a few guests during my stay, and they said they wished they lived here! Also Eric was so helpful and even got me groceries and Chick-fil-a when my car was snowed in!! 10/10 Recommend staying here if you get the chance.
