Perfect Location in Eagle Rock

I stayed at this property for just over a month for a job that I took in California. It's on a quiet street with a private entrance and yard. The kitchen is fully equipped and even had tupperware which was great for me to make food and take my lunch in. Michelle was lovely and accomodating. This spot is located on a side street with ample street parking. It's a short drive to Highland Park and Eagle Rock (both favorites of mine). 10/10, would recommend and will keep it in mind for my next stay in LA.

Wonderful, wonderful stay

This place was perfect for me. The kitchen, bathroom, and yard are all so cute. Everything was clean and in great condition. Lots of storage for your belongings! The bed was super comfy and the location of the apartment is fantastic. Eagle rock has so many good bars and restaurants and many grocery stores close by. The Vidiots movie rental and theater is a real treat as well! Michelle is a fantastic host and a lovely human. The whole process of check-in, check-out, and any paperwork was easy and quick. I had the best stay and can't recommend this place highly enough! Thanks, M!

Dream Property

I can't say enough good things about my time here! I'm so lucky to have found this spot for my first contract in LA. The owner and her family are just wonderful. Very responsive, helpful, and welcoming! The property itself is also just quite the dream. It was so easy to feel at home here and it really came with everything you could need. Very clean and functioning facilities. The location extremely close to the major highways making it easy to get anywhere you needed. Vons being walkable! I for sure had many morning walks to grab some coffee or avocados. Also TJs down the street as well as eateries and shopping not too far of a drive away. The outdoor space made it even more pleasant. It's nice to have some sun and private greenery on a day off. Hard to come by in LA! I only planned to stay here for a month but really could not bring myself to let it go (ended up staying 3 months)! If things had worked out differently I definitely would have extended my stay. You have to experience it for yourself! I recommend this property to anyone considering :)

Travelers Beware!

I moved in site unseen and was disappointed with what I found. First off there is no FREE PARKING ON PREMISSES as advertised, Street only. The view out the kitchen windows was of stuff, motorcycles, boxes, roofing materials. After a few weeks I kept itching and noticed the place was infested with Flees. So I had to make arrangements with the landlord to have the place bombed while I was at work. The smell was off so I left a camera out overnight and found Mice running around the living room. Mouse droppings in the Bedroom closet. The landlord did let me out of my lease. The Tile around the kitchen sink is damaged, expired food in the pantry from years ago. No edible oranges on the tree either... Minimal concerns about my inconveniences while living here. I've been using Furnished Finders for several years and for the most part have been very satisfied.

SUCH A HIDDEN GEM

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! The owner M and her family are a delight to have worked with! They were extremely communicative, which made the experience so great and easy. The property is spacious, comfortable, and very clean! I enjoyed the little details that were carefully thought-out. The private front yard was well manicured too! I often spent time sitting outside enjoying my breakfast and coffee. The property has a set of new washer/dryer in its own little nook; which was a huge plus in my book. If you're looking to stay in a very central area (with a plaza that has a grocery store within walking distance), I'd take a peek here. I will definitely reach out again to M, if I find myself back in this area for work! HUGE KUDOS!!!

Perfect home away from home!

This place is spacious, green and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay there. It's perfectly located being minutes from downtown LA and a few more minutes to the beach. I like that it was also away from the noisier and busier parts of the city. I enjoyed quiet evenings in the front yard and was it not for having to go to work in person, I would have spent more time enjoying the property's outdoor space. The house is equipped with all amenities and there was really nothing else that I needed. The host is super responsive and she made sure I was happy, safe and comfortable during my entire stay. I highly recommend and I certainly hope to visit again sometime soon.

Hidden Gem in the City, close to everything, beautiful outdoor space

Such a hidden gem! We come to LA often for work and this is by far the best place we've stayed. It has great/easy parking, a beautiful yard to enjoy that's totally private and walled off with bushes from the street, and the owners are amazing and super easy going <3. Location wise, it's super easy to get anywhere you need to go as well. I highly recommend if you are single or traveling with your family.

Great place to stay

Great place with everything you need. Very private and plenty of street parking. Delicious fresh squeezed OJ from the tree in the yard. Would definitely recommend staying here.
