It is so clean and so extremely comfortable. I really appreciated working with Vanessa and really appreciate her talent for making it feel like home away from home. I would stay here again.
My wife and I stayed here for 4 months, its a beautiful very safe neighborhood, with tons of restaurants and stores/gym nearby, also near some nice hiking areas that don't see as much traffic as the typical SLC area. The owners are very nice, genuine caring people willing to improve the stay. Highly recommend if you are visiting the SLC area!!
The ad for this unit is misleading. We decided to not sign the lease and found a different rental. The landlord refused to return our refundable $500 deposit. It is not a quiet environment; there is not parking on premises but on the street or on the street around the corner; it is not a separate unit; the kitchen is nothing like the pictures; the fridge is not full-sized. The sink is an RV sink. You cant fit a pan in it. The oven is an efficiency oven, which is fine but again not shown in the ad. Warning: the ad is deliberately misleading because if the landlord were honest they wouldnt be able to get the place rented out for anywhere near the amount of rent they are asking for. Do not sign a lease or give them any money up front until you go to view the property. You will be paying this families mortgage for the pleasure of living underneath their family of 8 with multiple young kids running above you. Nothing can prepare you for the level of noise, starting at 7:00 am and going until 8:30-9pm at night. You will have no peace. Day time noise is a wholly inadequate description offered from the landlord. Again if you are considering renting I strongly urge you to view the property and determine if it is a level of noise you can live with for $2k a month!! A pipe burst and the basement flooded in our first few days at the rental. We didnt have hot water for a day and a half. They already had extensive water damage when the house flooded earlier in the year. Anyway, horrible experience!
The property manager was so great to work with and was attentive to all my needs. They were so thoughtful when putting everything together. The property is conveniently located with shopping and freeways close by. It has all the amenities you need and more. The property has a cozy home away from home feel. I would highly recommend this property if youre contracted nearby.
This is one of the coziest, most well decorated, and amenity-rich apartments I have been in! Not only did I feel at home, but V the property manager made me feel comfortable and welcome! Having a washer and dryer and a workout area was so nice. The location is really close to Riverton hospital and a short drive to even more hospitals. There are lots of restaurants and stores close by and easy access to the highways too. I would highly recommend this apartment!
