I have to agree with Alej review. Great neighborhood with a pool. If you travel for medical area hospitals are with 15-20 min of stay.

Elenas place is perfect for travelers. I rented the downstairs room for an entire year straight. The location is ideal bc its near many different hospitals and in the middle of 3 very nice communities. The area is safe and walkable at all hours. Many spots to eat nearby but if youre feeling like cooking the kitchen is fully equipped. I never had to buy pots pans or kitchen tools bc she has it all. Elena rents the upstairs room as well to travelers but I rarely crossed paths with anyone else in the whole year I was there. Elenas hosting is 10/10 I would recommend her and her place to anyone and would stay again if I return to Indiana.

Great Stay!

This was the perfect stay for me as a female traveler. I stayed in the basement which was basically my own little apartment. Even through some of the spaces are shared in the house like the kitchen I rarely saw the owner or the other housemate. The landlord was awesome and so sweet as she is a medical professional herself! She was always available via text if I had questions or even needed help with something. The house is very clean, and the amenities are nice! I never had any issues using the washer and dryer, it was always empty when I needed to use it. The neighborhood is also upscale and safe. I had a spot in the driveway but was also comfortable parking my car on the street. I would definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL place to stay

I had a wonderful experience with E. She is the most wonderful host and extremely considerate of her guests. The house is quiet, spacious and tidy. I saw the other tenant maybe 3 times in the entire 6 months I was there. The location is great, safe, and family oriented. The neighborhood is very well kept and maintained. I cannot say enough good things about my stay!

Wonderful Stay

This was an absolute gem of a property for my short time in Indianapolis. It's in an incredibly safe and nice part outside of the city. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. I stayed in the upstairs bedroom which was very quiet and has an easily accessible private bathroom. All the basics you could need in the kitchen and I never had any issues using the shared washer and dryer. Host is very accommodating and flexible with any requests I had. I'd stay again if I ever find myself in the area!

Lovely home!!

This home is absolutely lovely, clean, cozy, spacious and inviting! The homeowner is so nice and accommodating and always makes you aware if someone will be there to do a repair so you aren't caught off guard! Definitely recommend 100%!

Excellent experience!!!

The property owner E was a wonderful host. Quiet clean basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood was a godsend after a long nursing shift. Will definitely try to stay here again if Im back in Indianapolis/ Carmel area!

Fabulous place to rent

Very very nice place to stay - property manager was great and easy to get along with - very accommodating to my needs- close to hospitals that I worked at. Lovely neighborhood within Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Beautiful park close by. Walking and bike trail less than 3 miles from home. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Stay for a night shifter!

It was an absolute pleasure to get to call this place my home away from home while on my travel assignment. E was a perfect gracious host. I felt safe the whole time. My privacy was valued. 10/10 would recommend. 5 stars.

I rented here because I wanted to live in a nice neighborhood. The listing is a clean basement rental in a custom luxury home. This house is a short commute to IU Methodist and other hospitals in the area. I would definitely rent this listing again.
