Loved this set up!!! You dont hear your neighbors at all. Fairly quiet neighborhood even with a school and hospital within a couple blocks. No problems with package deliveries etc. Friendly neighbors. If any questions arises Teresa and Gregg were very responsive.

Amazing Home in Ventura

We spent the last year at this home, and absolutely loved the place. It was exactly what we needed, and Gregg was a fantastic landlord. He was very accommodating in all aspects. The home itself is very cozy and offers everything you need. From comfortable beds, to everything needed in the kitchen. It sits right below the hills in Ventura, and only a very short drive to main street and the beaches. Also, it was walking distance to both hospitals! We would absolutely look to rent this location again if given the chance.

Perfect turn key home in mid town!

Perfect two bedroom home in quiet neighborhood and close to the hospital! New kitchen with all the amenities! Super quiet home and very comfortable. Own private washer & dryer! Also slept like a goddess, the beds are so comfortable! You also have your own parking spot in the driveway! Absolutely a great place to stay!

Perfect short term rental in Ventura

This place is conveniently located right by the Ventura hospitals, making the commute to work extremely easy. The home has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. If you work night shift, there are black out curtains and the noise is minimal. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a year and would recommend it to any travel nurses in the area.

Bliss in Ventura

I can not say enough wonderful things about this listing. The location is prime, 5 minute walking distance to Trader Joes and Target, and an extremely close drive to any shopping centers, beaches, or wherever your heart desires in the cute town of Ventura. The entire unit comes furnished and Gregg, our landlord, was extremely accommodating in every way. Other than your own food or spices, you wont have to go out of your way to buy anything else. We paid rent through our bank, and it was always an easy transaction. Moreover, should you have any questions or concerns, Gregg is just a text message away and responds rather quickly. We loved our little home in Ventura, especially those comfortable beds with blackout curtains! A great stay for traveling health professionals such as myself where it made traveling feel like home.
