Great Place

David was super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The place itself is spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for my 3 month stay. Laundry on site was always available. The location was a quick and easy walk to downtown. I'd recommend for your stay!

Excellent apartment

This apartment has been excellent for our 6 month stay in Nashville. D has been a great landlord--communication has always been easy, and any problems we've had have been addressed in a timely manner. The apartment building is in a great location within walking distance of many surrounding places (Germantown, Downtown/Broadway, The Gulch). Grocery store access is also good as you've got several nearby options. The building offers a covered/uncovered parking garage and we've not experienced any major issues with the building laundry machines. The unit itself has had pretty much everything we've needed for a multi-month stay. The internet is dependable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook a proper dinner. Couldn't recommend this place more for anymore looking for a well furnished place to live in and experience Nashville.
