Cozy Home

My husband and I had an excellent stay at this rental property! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed-cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and all the kitchen appliances to make our stay comfortable. The street was peaceful, and the neighbors were incredibly friendly, which made the area feel like home. We loved the convenience of parking right in the driveway, and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog to run around safely. Additionally, there was a great spot to work from home, which made our stay even more convenient. Lan was wonderful, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home in a friendly neighborhood!

Amazing stay!!

Owner was very nice and attentive, always checking in and helpful. The home is beyond beautiful and extremely comfortable. Hopefully work brings be back to the area, would really look forward to staying here again! Thank you Lan for an amazing stay.

great place!!!

Great clean place. Very nice quiet neighborhood. The owner was great with any questions we had. Owner is very accommodating to any requests we had. The house is very modern with updated appliances. With there being roommates in the house there is no problem with noise as the rooms are very insulated. Really nice back yard with nice neighbors on each side. When I come back to Albuquerque, I will definitely try to stay here.

Cozy Stay

L's space is very clean, has a big tv in room. Comfy bed and big closet space. Streaming services available which was great. You also get a dedicated parking spot in the driveway which is really nice as well. L was always extremely friendly and helpful with whatever I needed!

Wonderful Stay

Everything was nice. Its a nice cozy home. The hostess is very pleasant! I'm an RRT contracted at Presbyterian, and she was kind enough to commute with me to the hospital. She even let me borrow her car when I was working a different shift. Hospitality is impeccable!

Amazing Place to Live

I loved living in this house. Lan is very clean and organized. She makes sure that you feel comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend living in this property. The house has a very peaceful and warm environment. Also, I loved her girls, they bring joy to your day.

There is so much I can say, but, I will try to keep short. L & M are not just AWESOME landlords, the have become FAMILY to me. They were very welcoming to me the 1st day arrived. They were very respectful of my space & privacy. They always invited me to functions & things they were doing with their friends & family. The other thing I LOVED about living there was the CLEANLINESS of the home! :) I have heard many rental story nightmares, I can guarantee you this will NOT be one. I now have family in Albuquerque for life! I truly give them 10 stars, 5 is NOT enough! :)

A Place Called Home

This right here is a HOME. When I first got here I was warmly welcomed and felt a sense of serenity. They offered to get me dinner and I dived at that offer cos I wasn't ready to drive to get food. L has a beautiful family and a very shy dog. Her house is clean and very organized. They respect your privacy and try to make you comfortable. They also provide you with all the supplies you may need. I had a smart TV that ha Netflix and Disney+. They let me bring an extra refrigerator because I cook a lot. They have a cozy queen bed with a soft warm blanket for you. The closet had a closet organizer and had a blackout curtain for night shifters. The bathroom is very clean and I never wanted to get out of the shower. Groceries, restaurants and the airport are al within reach. I became so close to them and as they made my stay worth it. We tried our different cuisines n had potlucks (I miss those yummy food). L would ask me if it was okay to pack me lunch, I never opted out. its a 10/10.

Awesome stay

Lans place is exceptionally clean and organized. Her family is amazing, welcoming, and nice. They are also respectful of your space & privacy. My room was comfortable and spacious with enough closet space for my clothes, and a large smart tv for entertainment. The bedroom has a queen bed with clean, comfortable sheets/blanket. The curtains are blackout (perfect for night shifters). The private bathroom is spotless and fully stocked. Lan has a barbecue in her backyard that renters can use. Her neighborhood is very safe and I had my own parking spot. Theres a nice, quiet, clean park close by, and the airport is only 10 minutes away. The highway is also really close to this house. Stores like Walmart, Ross, Walgreens, Home Depot, and some nice restaurants are just 5 mins away. If youre looking for a really comfortable, lovely place to rent in ABQ, this is the place for you. I totally enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely rent again for my next visit.

Real Homey

Id start of by saying what you see on the pictures is exactly what youll get. The place should be higher priced I think. Super clean and they provide you with hygiene supplies as well clean towels. Its like an Airbnb The owners are super sweet and very welcoming! Theyll be happy to give recommendations on places to check out in Albuquerque. They always offered me to join them for dinner and invited me to join them to places they usually go to:) One day they took me to an ice cream joint by the house. Which was awesome! And they paid for itSuper great treat!! Youll always have company if you want it. The wife is in the last semester of nursing school so she completely understands nurses and what we go through. Theres a target and Walmart nearby. There are also great places to eat. Blakes burgers is one recommended to me by the owner of the house. I really mean it when I say youll absolutely enjoy your stay here:)
