J Bone is an amazing landlord! She is very personable and professional. She is timely to respond, respectful of my privacy, and available to offer assistance! She is very easy going and easy to talk to (we enjoyed many conversations over the fence :-)). Her home was extremely clean and safe. Everything is up to date and in perfect working condition. Her kitchen was not lacking in any form of baking or cooking utensils/appliances (which was a big bonus for me because love to bake and cook!!). I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a place to rent, to consider renting from J. You will not be disappointed :-)

Luckiest Find

This house is located in a good spot with a GREAT yard. We were beyond thankful for this space during our stay. J was amazing at communicating clearly, respecting privacy, and giving helpful tips about the area. The few times maintenance issues came up, they were fixed promptly and well. The rooms were all well equipped with anything one might need. I hope to have a kitchen as beautiful and well-stocked as this one someday. I would consider anyone who was able to snag this property lucky.
