Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Yvettes place. The interior of the condo is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. The beds are very comfortable. Yvette provided us with plenty of supplies for the essentials we needed. The neighbors in the building are nice and friendly people. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe. Yvette responded to me quickly and addressed my needs. The communication throughout the entire process was easy and fun. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful month at Y place, it felt so homey that we did not want to leave! It was clean, cozy and well stocked. Yvette was a wonderful host and was always available to help and answer any questions we had. We definitely would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Stay

We stayed in this condo for 3 months while our condo in Downtown San Diego was being renovated. We specifically wanted an apartment with 2 parking spaces and a king-sized bed, which is very hard to find downtown. Y's condo fit all of our needs. The unit is lovely with beautiful high-end furnishings. It is a corner unit with side windows that allow for cool breezes and lots of natural light. Although, since it is located downtown, you do get some of the normal downtown street noise at times. However, the noise does taper off in the evenings. The building, on the other hand, is always very quiet with nice and friendly neighbors. It indeed, was a great stay for us and Y was a wonderful, accommodating host and a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful property in a great location!

Beautiful well cared-for condo in a great location. New appliances, comfortable furniture/beds, well decorated, great balcony for catching a sunset. A quick walk to Little Italy, Balboa Park and Gaslamp. Quick highway access makes for an easy commute. Y was an excellent host and was very flexible and responsive to any concerns. Would highly recommend!

High End Furnishing!!

Great condo with plenty of room! Very well furnished. Definitely feels like a home! Great jump off location with easy access to Little Italy, Downtown, Mission Valley, Balboa Park, Hillcrest, North Park & the highways. The owner was great to work with and made sure that move-in/move-out was very easy!

Beautiful Temporary Home!

Gorgeous condo in downtown! The place is lavishly decorated, with pretty much everything you could need for a long term stay. Y is so kind and flexible. Only downside was the downtown noise that still carries up to the 6th floor. Wouldnt be a good idea for a night shifter. But still thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Best Downtown San Diego Condo

This condo is super spacious and is very centrally located to Little Italy and the Gaslamp district. Y is very responsive to any needs and concerns. The condo was also just newly renovated which was an added perk. Would stay longer if we needed to!

Great apartment centrally located in downtown

We stayed at Y apartment for two months in the summer and would highly recommend! Theres tons of natural light in the apartment, the furniture and bedding is all high quality, and it has all of the essentials you need for your stay. Its easy to walk to anywhere downtown (lots of restaurants, a wework, gyms, and a great farmers market nearby) and a convenient 15-20 minute drive to all of the other beaches / areas in San Diego. Y is quick to respond and help out with anything that comes up.

Beautiful apartment in fun location

This apartment is stunning and is in an easily accessible area!! Located downtown it really is an easy walk/ride to the harbor, Little Italy or Gaslamp. The bedrooms are spacious and have tons of closet space. The furnishings are very high end and the balcony is a great feature. (There is also access to the complexs pool). Gated parking is available for two cars. The owner was very friendly and super easy to work with. She thought of everything you may need as a traveler so you can really move right in!
