A beautifully simple, quiet location The landlord is extremely nice and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

not great

I was planning on staying for 6 months but only stayed a month. The neighborhood was sketchy, the next door neighbor was passed out on the shared porch one day. The toilet wouldn't flush and after a delayed response the landlord said she would have it fixed but no longer had a key to her own place so she needed me to leave the key so she could have it fixed; furthermore, she wanted me to let a plumber in to fix it during the day when I was sleeping for work. She eventually fixed it after 3 weeks and then told me it was just an easy fix as if she expected me to fix it. The flooring was poorly refinished and there were nails popping up that I would snag my foot on. So I opted to leave early and lost $200 that was a non-refundable fee. She also never gave me a copy of the lease after I signed it.

This was my first travel contract and my first time using Furnished Finder, its cheaper than any hotel or Airbnb rates. My landlord was nice and helpful. The place she provided for me to stay was good to me for 3 months !

Hi, I am a travel nurse and this was my first time using Furnished Finder. I submitted a request and was connected with Landlord M M-S. Mrs S was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and took time to answer all my questions. The apartment was very clean and organized with everything a renter would need. You could tell that it was well maintained. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood and only 15 minutes from Regional Hospital. The rental fee is very doable. Which was a win win for me. I highly recommend renting from Mrs S. I will diffently be contacting her again if I ever take an assignment in Scranton. Have a Happy New Year's .
