Spacious and Perfect Location

This condo is well maintained and in the perfect location in the heart of Hillcrest. And the amenities in the Uptown complex are unmatched, extensive landscaping, large pool and patio area, and an on-site gym. The landlord is friendly and responsive.

good location but

The location and apartment is overall nice. However there were a handful of things broken that we reported. The place was not clean so we had to clean it ourselves. Plumbing was an issue. The pictures posted make it look VERY clean but there were stains everywhere when we moved in. The host took a lot of this out of our deposit which was not our responsibility.

Great Location & Responsive Landlord

This condo is spacious with modern decor, but also feels homey. Everything is very clean. The bed is comfortable. The TV's have all your streaming needs. The walk-in closet is amazing. There's also a cute balcony that is great to hang out on and get some sun. I feel very safe here because everything is gated. Most importantly, you have your own dedicated parking spot in a garage, which in San Diego is almost unheard of! The pool in the complex is nice to lay out at without being too busy. Luis, the landlord, is super responsive and kind. He always updates on maintenance going on in the complex. He answers any questions you have about the condo itself and is always up for recommending restaurants, gyms, etc. nearby. My favorite part about this unit is the location! Trader Joe's, Ralphs, CVS, restaurants, and gyms are all within walking distance. Everything else is a reasonable drive. The community is friendly and fun. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
