BEWARE!! Go somewhere else!!

My fianc and I traveled from Cincinnati for his first traveling job. We were super excited because this house looked cute..until the moment we stepped in the home is when we found out they left one major detail out They failed to mention on FF and in the contract that another tenant would be living in the basement and we would be sharing laundry facilities. For spending $2400 a month, we would be sharing a home with a stranger. Outrageous. We already signed a month so we had no choice but to stay and tried to stay positive about it. Well, it didnt take long for this tenant to start slamming the door every time he would enter and exit which would wake my fianc up since he worked nights. Found out shortly after that his aunt owns the house so to us, he was making it apparent that we were not welcomed at all. He would slam the doors on purpose because there were times when our car was gone and I was home and he would quietly enter the house. But the moment he knew I was home, he would slammed the door. I dont work so I had the lovely experience to hear and feel the door slam everyday. It would literally rattle the house! The property manager screwed us over so bad. We didnt receive our deposit back yet he was the one who failed to mention about having a rude tenant living in the basement. The home is also outdated. You can see every single marking and stain on the kitchen countertops. Its quite gross. So if you enjoy the feeling of doors being slammed and living with a rude tenant then this home is for you.
