Very Disappointed

I would not recommend this rental. I paid a $1,000 deposit and my first months rent, but after I had to move out early due to unexpected circumstances, I was told I couldnt get my deposit back because I didnt stay 90 days. I was only refunded $160. The problem is I never signed a lease or any written agreement stating there was a 90-day minimum, a 30-day notice requirement, or that I would lose my deposit. The apartment also had a strong cigarette smoke odor, the kitchen was not clean, and the move-in felt rushed because the landlord said she had a nail appointment. The building was noisy late at night, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I believe the rental terms should have been clearly disclosed in writing.

Great amenities for the price!

My family and I have lived in two apartments in Westerleigh in different times. We loved it. It's walking distance to downtown and close to all the grocery stores, restaurants, pools, parks. My kids were very happy there. Apartment itself is in very quiet part of the city. Area is clean and well maintained. There's code on the entrance door of apartment building that makes it safe space. Washers and dryers are in the building also, will cost you few bucks, but will save you the trip to laundromat! Landlord is very reasonable and responsive to all inquiries (if there are any). I definitely recommend!

Super ACCOMODATING, and CLEAN as a whistle!

As expected, my stay during the last 3 months was just shy of perfect! I had stayed in a similar apartment during the Fall of 2022, and since then the owner has certainly "amped" up her availability--- offering everything from cozy, comfortable & intimate, to apartments with a more modern and urban trend. I absolutely loved it! During my next visit, I'm claiming B25 Lisa! The 2nd bedroom bunk is perfect for my niece and nephews! :) Thank you for such a pleasant few weeks! Looking forward to next time!

Cleanliness Counts!

Sparkling clean, no detail overlooked. My long stay was a breeze

Dont be fooled by the pictures. Not safe place

Very deceiving pictures. Located in the bad side of town. Apartment was not clean prior to move in. Tenants of building fight and stay up all night playing loud music till early morning hours. Cops had to be called several times. Felt very unsafe doors were not secured. When brought to L attention nothing could be done. When I decided to leave due to safety although I paid a month ahead left prior never received remainding balance.
