I stayed here for 3 months. I enjoyed my stay here at the cottage. It was clean and the cottage had more than enough space for 1 person. Karen was very accomodating. I enjoyed sitting outside. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing and beautiful property

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful cottage in Newnan! It was everything I expected and more. The setting feels so private and peaceful, tucked away in the woods, yet its just minutes from great shopping, grocery stores, and plenty of things to do in Newnan. The immaculate layout of the property, with its thoughtfully planted flowers and visiting wildlife, made it feel like a little paradise. The host, Karen, was amazingso friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Her sweet dog, Simon, was just as wonderful and made my stay even more special. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and the perfect place to relax. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and a great location!

Perfect Home Away from Home!

I absolutely loved staying here! I could not have asked for a better place to live during my 7 months in Newnan! The cottage was cozy and had everything I could possibly need. The property was spacious, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature with flowers, plants and lots of birds. But by far, the best part was getting to know K. I loved talking with her out on the patio and sharing our favorite books. She made me feel right at home from day one. I am so happy to now have her as a friend. Her dog Simon is so sweet and kept me company whenever I was missing my own pups. The cottage was a perfect home away from home and it was very difficult to say goodbye to. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Home away from home

Simply put K and her cottage are awesome. My wife and I were blessed to stay in her cottage for almost 11-months while I was working on a project in Newnan and could not have asked for anything more. The cottage is comfortable and offers everything a single or couple need. K is passionate about making make sure her guests are comfortable, and she is constantly working on her property to create a beautiful and peaceful home away from home. Her dog Simon is great and offered us a daily "furry friend" fix. Finally, if you have the opportunity to stay at K's, we encourage you to invite her to join you on the patio occasionally and get to know her. She will give you as much space and privacy as you want, but also loves to get to know her guests. Over the course of our stay we became great friends and will miss our time with K and S. Thank you K for such great hospitality and true caring.

Was on a short term assignment and this location was amazing. Beautifully kept property with flowers, forest, and pool. Cottage is wonderful with everything you need. Property owner is wonderful and one could not ask for more. If I'm back in Newnan for assignment I'll hope this is available

Stay Here! Private, Beautiful, Calm and Relaxing!

We enjoyed this great unique guest cottage for over a year while relocating to Newnan! Fully furnished kitchen, great queen bed, cozy living room with fireplace, all in a beautiful private wooded location with unbelievable flowers and wildlife right outside your windows. The owner is an amazing and gracious hostess. Best home away from home ever! Only minutes from anywhere you want to go in Newnan, but feels like you are on private vacation property.
