Excellent! I felt like home

My stay in apartment 8 could not have been better. One of the biggest advantages is its location, it's perfect! Being centrally located, it took me 5 minutes to walk to the subway . A great thing for someone who knew Boston for the first time. Another thing I loved was the friendliness of the landlord. Ben made everything easy and made me feel at home. Something you appreciate when you are far from your country. Apartment 8 is not very big, but it has everything you need. It is on the third floor, so there are some stairs to walk up. When I arrived it was clean. The kitchen had everything (microwave, toaster, kettle ...) and the bathroom had a hairdryer. The living-bedroom was spacious and had a sofa. I was never cold, rather hot in the spring, but the apartment has a fan. The laundry room is in the basement and whenever I did the laundry, Ben and Leo (the little dog) greeted me with a smile. If I go back to Boston I will definitely repeat. I was lucky to end up in this apartment.

Terrible management, ok place to stay

Ok place to stay, definitely only room for 1 person. There were hardly any kitchen supplies. I think I had one fork and one knife with a couple pots and pans. My stay was short, unfortunately, my contract came to an end abruptly. As I told the management, yes, without a 30 day notice that I was leaving, I received very rude comments. One, he called me a drunk, which, I hardly drink, and two, he called me "creepy fag", I have to text messages to prove it. So, unless you agree with his choice words, I definitely would avoid at all cost staying here.

MGH travel nurse

Was drawn to this place because it's only a 4 minute walk to MGH in what seems to be the safest and nicest Boston neighborhood. Originally planned to move in next month, but when my current housing fell through last minute Ben worked all day to get the property ready for me TODAY. Literally with no notice at all. He is very responsive and takes care of his tenants. Would definitely recommend.
