Great Cole Home

We had a great 5.5 month stay at Kathryn's place in Cole. Kathryn was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with through the whole process and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay a bit longer. The space worked well for us as a couple with our dog. We appreciated having the yard and it felt private. The garage is huge which was great to have some extra storage space in addition to our two cars. The furniture and decor is charming and made it feel more like home than a short term rental. It's also well stocked with everything you would need. The location is convenient, particularly to access RiNo and downtown. I would absolutely recommend this home if you're looking for something in the area.

This beautiful home is in a great location with a little back yard and access to the garage. The garage was a huge plus for when it snowed! The house has everything you need to make yourself comfortable and to feel at home. K is super nice and easy to talk to, responded quickly if we had any questions, and checked in with us throughout our stay! The Rino area also has a lot of breweries and food options to pick from. Highly recommend this home for your Denver stay!
