Gorgeous subdivision with well-spaced larger homes, LGTBQ friendly household. beautiful views (from our front deck), and a community swimming pool open May-October.
We are about 25 minutes from downtown Monterey, and 15 minutes from South Salinas. We are in a sunny canyon with typically warmer temps than the surrounding towns. There is a small grocery store about a mile and a half from the house.
