Paradise !!!

Such a welcoming place with a perfect landscaped property ...with any and all things a "sun worshipper" could ever ask for!! S and M are the best landlords ever. The most laid back folks I've ever done business with.....And S is such a great hostess. Was always quick to make sure I was comfortable and had all I needed. I highly recommend this little piece of paradise ... it's perfect for us travel nurses!!!

Not As Advertised

My classmate and I came here for our medical school rotation. Pros: Great location, amazing price, gorgeous property with a pool. Very comfortable beds, lots of storage areas/closets. Extremely safe. Clean! Cons: We were disappointed, we were told the inside of the house would be to ourselves, but the hosts were home all summer. They said they would be in the outdoor area/kitchen/bedroom exclusively and we were fine with that setup. Then they used the indoor kitchen and common areas and there was zero privacy. We needed areas to study and the owners used the only counter space with outlets for their own work. If you do not mind sharing a space this place is perfect; we were not given what was expected and did not have the privacy or quiet environment we needed as students.

Perfect oasis!

This is the most amazing place I have stayed as a traveler! M & S are the most gracious, fun, loving beautiful people. They welcome you right into the home with open arms and are respectful of your privacy,l. They are always asking if you want to join in on the fun times as well. The place is a perfect way to wind down after a shift! The sunsets are amazing here, and the backyard is something out of a catalog! I will never forget this place and miss it every day!

#1 place to stay in Havasu!!!!

M & S are the kindest and most welcoming hosts you will ever have! I instantly felt like part of the family! You have as much privacy as you want, with everything you could possibly want or need in a location! Great suggestions for things to do and places to eat! The home is BEAUTIFUL and has SPECTAULAR VIEWS!!

Great rental!

This is probably one of the best rentals in town for travel nurses. The place is very nice and has great amenities. Mitch is a great host and is easy to do business with.

This is an amazing tiny house situated in A beautifully landscaped property. What a bargain! Very fun owners. I highly recommend it. I will do it again.

Extended Stay while Traveling

Mitch and Staci are awesome, with a lovely home. The yard has so many great places to hang out. The view from here is well... all of Lake Havasu so pretty amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Amazing place!

This place is amazing. Stacy and Mitch are the most wonderful people to rent from. Its my first travel assignment away from home and if they werent so awesome I wouldve left and gone home crying! They have been so welcoming and they make you feel so instantly comfortable. The house is gorgeous and they let you have full access to everything. Im so glad I found this place. A total gem.
